We needed repairs on our HVAC, and went ahead and called them (at friend's recommendation). They kept giving changes in estimates as well as times and appointments but at least they got the work done. Every time they would change it, the price kept going up and up, not worth the value in the long run. When they left, we discovered they had left a mess all over our house from the vents. They never mentioned this instead they just took off after the job was done. On top of that they damaged our wall, and never said a word. After numerous phone calls to get someone to help explain and fix this issue, they continued to promise calls back which they never did; and did not take my ask for help seriously. All they did was lie non stop! Their quality manager even said, "what do you want me to do?". Finally they sent someone out after even more calling to take pictures, only for them to state they already had a wall repair scheduled. So they knew about the damage ahead of time, knew they did it, and never said anything. Avoid this place or else who knows what else damage they will do to your house and never tell you!

I knew roots were powerful, but I had never heard of them making their way into piping. We first suspected something weird was going on with our plumbing when the water pressure on our hose was super weak. No matter what we tried we couldn't fix it. We ignored the problem for a few months but if started to get more annoying, and we also started to experience more strange things happening with our plumbing. Resurrection Plumbing was able to quickly diagnose the "root" issue (get it?? Lol) of our plumbing problem within 30 minutes of showing up. Coy, the owner, put a call into his two best plumbers and they got to work right away. I couldn't believe the roots that he discovered in our pipes! It was crazy! He said I probably should have called them right when we noticed funky stuff going on with our plumbing, but how was I supposed to know it was roots?! You live and you learn I guess!

Our old "T" type valve with soldered copper fittings had to be to be cut out and replaced from behind the wall. We called at 2:30 pm on a Friday and Mike from US Plumbing said he could come by to give us a free estimate as soon as he was done with another job he had in Escondido. Despite heavy traffic on a Friday afternoon, Mike arrived in Oceanside within 1 hour. His estimate was higher than we had expected but he was willing work with us to reduce his labor charges. Timing was one major reason for us choosing Mike to do the repair. His same-day repair job was greatly appreciated. Other plumbers we had called would not even come out until the following week on Monday at the earliest. They didn't work on weekends and it was too late for them to do anything that day. Plus, they had a $50 charge just to give us an estimate (which they said they would have been applied to the final cost of the repair if we agreed to have them do the repairs). Being located locally in Oceanside probably helped out making it convenient for both Mike and us with regard to timing and availability. Mike completed the removal and replacement of the old soldered copper valve piping in 3 hours, which included the time it took for him to go to the parts supplier for the new replacement valve. He did a complete, thorough, and professional job. He is a licensed plumber that we would recommend for any plumbing repairs that you might need done.

Cheyne came out to take a look the next day. Younger guy who was super nice and surprisingly knowledgeable. After talking to him for a bit it sounds like he's been working on complex industrial plumbing builds for a number of years and just recently struck off on his own to start his own plumbing company. He was friendly, quoted me a fair price up front and was licensed and insured so I gave him a shot. I'm glad I did as he did a great job and I ended up using him for more plumbing items than originally planned. With the first job, there was a small complication with my main water supply shutoff from the city street not fully turning the water off that complicated his ability to complete a portion of the job. Cheyne said he had a workaround that would probably do the trick if needed, but it would still be a good idea to call Mesa Water to come out and replace their valve at the curb. He gave me a few tips about what to say which must have been all the right things as Mesa Water jumped right on it and I had a new main valve installed by early afternoon the same day at no charge (I guess I pay them plenty already for my water service and it probably helped that it was a weekday, but I was impressed nonetheless). Once everything was good from the city water connection, Cheyne quickly knocked out moving and replacing my hose bib, installing a brass backflow for my sprinkler connection and suggested I add an in-line valve for my sprinklers to the backyard. It was a great idea and he didn't even upcharge me for it since it was just a little add on. Solid customer service. Since he was already there, I figured I would have him take a look at my water heater which I suspected was on its last legs. I had already been considering replacing it since I knew there was a big rebate being offered by the gas company for switching to tankless. After looking up which models got the best rebate he was able to confirm which would work for my plumbing configuration and hot water needs and found a supplier that had it in stock. I gave him the green light and we scheduled to have it installed later that week. He came back and knocked it out at the day/time he said he would. works great and we now have unlimited hot water. A couple weeks later, I noticed water dripping out from under our kitchen sink. After investigating I found the previous homeowner had a jenky plumbing set up where multiple different kinds of pipes that were loosely sitting inside each other and not even able to be properly tightened down. Called Sheldon Plumbing and Cheyne came out and helped me out again. I think I've found my go-to plumber.
