Happy, Happy,Happy . Just got a eyelash lift at Aayna salon . It is my second time getting them done there . I am not a big fan of eyelash extensions (mostly because i am very sensitive to the glue ) .so eyelash lift seen like a good alternative. I had a bad experience with eye lift once before. (Not at Aayna) The lift only lasted 7 days then my lashes started falling out . I said never again. However after explaining my hesitation and concerns with Pam . She reassured me that would not be the case this time and it wasn't. The eyelashes came out better than expected snd the curl lasted around a month and there was no damage to my lashes . The product they use are high quality and non irritating no chemical smells . I would highly recommend this service . Ask for Pam

Aayna Threading in located in the same plaza as Vons, my go to grocery store when I'm in Upland. They had a sign up for $5.99 eyebrow threading so I decided to check it out. Please note, this is ONLY for HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT with photo id proof. Eyebrow Threading for everyone else is $8, which is still pretty affordable. They pride themselves in all of their Threading Artists having 10 or more years of experience, which was reassuring when I first walked in. I have really simple needs. I like my shape cleaned up, not too thin, with a slight arc. I didn't hate my eyebrows after the service, but I am not in love either. I might actually need to go redo them elsewhere to clean it up a bit more. They have a stampcard that is Buy 8, Get 1 Free... But I don't think I care for a free service if I don't like my eyebrows.

Today Ofelia did my facial and I left feeling amazing!!! I scheduled the facial several days after she threaded my eyebrows. Ofelia is such a sweet person!! You can tell that she loves people and wants to help everyone feel and look their best. She gave such an amazing facial. She even gave a shoulder/neck and foot massage!!! Been there a few times as a Mail it's weird and then few times I've gone I've been needing to position myself in weird places by grabbing my face for my eyebrows game Friday and I just been harder but today when I went, I got my eyebrows done by Ofelia and she was great. She also did my fathers who really really needed them to two males getting her eyebrows threaded bonding over it, but she did great my dad who needed them really badly I'm done and now he looks like he's not homeless. Your staff is rude!! I go to a much cleaner and nicer place to get my threading done. I'm the customer, I pay and tip your staff and I expect good service. I have not come back to your store over an Year! Paying my money somewhere else. Keep up your rude arrogant attitude and you will lose customers eventually. I have been going here for years and I have had no problem... my issue as of recently has been Geet who left! She was so good... the other ladies I am sure are also great, but I get so nervous about getting my eyebrows done a certain way, it is hard for me to trust anyone.. the prices are pretty decent they do charge a dollar if you do a transaction with debt card and there is a punch card, that you can get a free set threaded after... overall a good place to come to get your eyebrows done, but no artist is the same. read more

Love the ladies here! I have been using them periodically now for 2 yrs for my brows, lip and chin. During that time I have had three different ladies but all three of them were very professional, took their time with me and did a thorough job. The price is very reasonable ($18 for all)- and best of all, they've all are repeatedly super friendly, nice and very personable. Happy they're starting to do Brazilian waxing as well now. I will gladly leave the place I've been using for that the past two years! Highly recommend read more

Anybody who talks bad on this place is beyond trippin, these women do an amazing job time in & time out. I have been coming here since I moved to Rancho about a year ago & they have not failed me since. Taking care of your eyebrows on your own time is an important part of achieving beautiful eyebrows, you can't expect these women to make something out of nothing c'mon now. I haven't had my eyebrow threaded in years. When I first started coming here, I used to come get my eyebrows threaded by Sim. After Sim left, I would go to Geet and Sonu until the pandemic hit. Anyways, I recently decided that I needed to get my eyebrows threaded instead of trying to manage them at home with plucking. I looked at recent reviews for the salon and saw that Ofelia was getting great reviews. I'm always very hesitant with letting people touch my brows unless I'm familiar with their work myself. After much deliberation and an upcoming vacation, I decided to give Ofelia a chance. I called on a Monday afternoon last week and it was Ofelia who answered. She said it was slow and that I'd be able to walk in. I came in around 4:45p and there were two other customers in the salon, one in the chair and one waiting. I didn't wait for very long until it was my turn. Ofelia was very meticulous with cleaning up and shaping my brows. I also had her thread my upper lip. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most of all, very gentle and precise! I was out of the salon by 5:10p. Definitely will come back when Ofelia is working. Her days are Monday, Friday, and Saturday. She says Mondays are the slower days as opposed to Friday and Saturday, which is understandable since those days are at the end of the week. Overall, great experience! read more

I am new to the area and was on a mad hunt for someone to fix my eyebrows (they were on the road to "ugh"...). Walked in. Shaily(I think that's her name?) greeted me and sat me down in one of the threading chairs, and did her magic. I told her to please leave them thicker. I was trying to grow my eyebrows out (I did went at them once every week with a tweezer for a few months because I was too lazy/busy to go get them done) because they were too thin. She said no problem. She was so gentle I swear it didn't hurt AT ALL.. I didn't even feel the pulling. She was so meticulous, threading, trimming, then threading again to touch-up her work. 10 minutes later, wah lah! My eyebrows are back under control, and they remained thicker (as I requested), but are much cleaner and well-shaped. Very satisfied! I will come back. Oh yeah, they also do stamp cards. :) 7x paid threading session = 1 free threading session. And the price was way good. $4 for first time and $7 after..and Salon looks simply WOW!!!! So eye pleasing. I've been going to Ziba's in Rancho cucamonga for 7 years, and ever since then, I was under the impression that painful threading was normal threading. BUT MY FELLOW SISTAS AND BROTHAS, threading your eyebrows does not need to be painful at all!! You don't need to pay money to have someone snap a thread against your face; you don't need to pay money to have someone make you cry because you want to look beautiful!! "aayna threading" is the best as of today for me. I've always cried on the chair whenever I was being threaded, but when I tried this place out, I walk out with makeup in tact and dry eyes. It feels like a little tickle across your forehead. Shaily gave me the best threading service of my life. They do a fine job. The best part of their service is....They don't even rush doesnt matter how busy they are.The wait is around 10 minutes in busy hrs during 4-6pm( I usually go at this time) but it is worth it. You can spend your time watching Indian music videos on the television. I love Indian music videos now. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for a few years now, and have had many different girls do my eyebrow threading. They all do a good job, but the last few times I have been going I ask for Sonu personally because she does a wonderful job. She listens to what I want and doesn't take off more than I ask. The staff is very friendly been going there for awhile and haven't had any issues with staff or the way they do my eyebrows. Bina is great at doing her job she is very nice and great with conversation and I always love how my eyebrows come with her. The wait time there is super short. I can always trust them with my eyebrows and I love the atmosphere thank you guys and get doing a good job. read more

I came in and was helped right away by a very sweet lady, Sonus, who did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. I didn't even realize how amazing they looked until I got into my car. Seriously nobody had made my eyebrows look this good before. For only $14 I got my lip and brows threaded in under 10 minutes. Totally worth it, and I even got a stamp card. read more
