I am new to the area and was on a mad hunt for someone to fix my eyebrows (they were on the road to "ugh"...). Walked in. Shaily(I think that's her name?) greeted me and sat me down in one of the threading chairs, and did her magic. I told her to please leave them thicker. I was trying to grow my eyebrows out (I did went at them once every week with a tweezer for a few months because I was too lazy/busy to go get them done) because they were too thin. She said no problem. She was so gentle I swear it didn't hurt AT ALL.. I didn't even feel the pulling. She was so meticulous, threading, trimming, then threading again to touch-up her work. 10 minutes later, wah lah! My eyebrows are back under control, and they remained thicker (as I requested), but are much cleaner and well-shaped. Very satisfied! I will come back. Oh yeah, they also do stamp cards. :) 7x paid threading session = 1 free threading session. And the price was way good. $4 for first time and $7 after..and Salon looks simply WOW!!!! So eye pleasing. I will bring at least 10 clients to your place. Thx for being so nice and so professional. read more

I've been going to Ziba's in Rancho cucamonga for 7 years, and ever since then, I was under the impression that painful threading was normal threading. BUT MY FELLOW SISTAS AND BROTHAS, threading your eyebrows does not need to be painful at all!! You don't need to pay money to have someone snap a thread against your face; you don't need to pay money to have someone make you cry because you want to look beautiful!! "aayna threading" is the best as of today for me. I've always cried on the chair whenever I was being threaded, but when I tried this place out, I walk out with makeup in tact and dry eyes. It feels like a little tickle across your forehead. Shaily gave me the best threading service of my life. They do a fine job. The best part of their service is....They don't even rush doesnt matter how busy they are.The wait is around 10 minutes in busy hrs during 4-6pm( I usually go at this time) but it is worth it. I came in and was helped right away by a very sweet lady, Sonus, who did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. I didn't even realize how amazing they looked until I got into my car. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving. During that time, 3 other clients came in and finished services before I was even finished, which was extremely frustrating. I experienced major eye irritation as my eyes were tearing nonstop, extremely red, and painful by the end of the service and I truly believe it is due to the length in time. When I asked the technician how much longer it would take, I was told 30 more minutes, which then turned into nearly another hour. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full $130, which is what I normally pay for a service that takes about an hour. I asked for a reasonable discount because 3 hours for a 1-hour service is unacceptable and upon opening my eyes I felt the worst burning sensation. After going back and forth, the owner only approved a $10 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. They offered me eye drops, but only if I used them and immediately gave them back, which I declined because I was already upset. The owner also did not apologize or take accountability and instead made several attempts at holding my wrist while telling me that they said they had told me it would take longer and that the employee was new. I was never told the technician was new, and even if I had been, an additional 2 hours is unreasonable and has now resulted in blurry vision and severe pain and discoloration in my eyes! I'm extremely disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. This experience showed a lack of consideration for client comfort, time, and safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time my family and friends will be returning and I will not be recommending this place anymore as I still have severe eye discoloration and pain even though they said it would only be this way "for a little bit". Well today is day two and I needed help opening my eyes which were closed shut and covered in puss. This is ridiculous and I even had to cancel my weekend plans because I'm embarrassed to be out like this.
