Also, the staff was very kind and took their time to look for the right person who could advise us on our repair. This is why I love Home Depot. They usually have staff members who are experienced and knowledgeable in using the actual products or doing repairs (sprinklers, plumbing, paint, etc.)....or if they're not an expert, they will always search for someone on their team who is that can help instead giving me a generic answer.

This was not my mother ship if you know what I mean. I went in at 8:15 - .... Which usually when it's 45 min to close good luck finding anyone helpful that has a personality . I stand corrected. Two night employees Kiersten and James changed all of that . James was in the garden area and they did not have the item I wanted , but James found me a better solution for a better price - he knows his stuff. Kiersten was a life saver and had a wonderfully warm personality and literally made my night . These two made me just about want to work there as they were the kind of people you dream of having as employees . Shout out to the two of you . I will definitely be back !

    Let me start off with, being as someone who works in a service industry I hate to write bad…read morereviews. I feel like I'm left few options and I've been pretty bummed and feel taken advantage of for the past 6 weeks... and I don't like that feeling when I'm otherwise a pretty positive person. But as someone who works customer service, self employed and sets my own prices and have been really successful... what the heck are you guys doing as a business? First thing, I was charged $140 to come out and Just diagnose my issue with my dryer. This does NOT go towards repair (so think of it $140 + parts + $140 (+?) to come back and repair) just buy a new appliance lol. Who charges $140/hr and if so I better have stand up service! Which brings me to... Crickets. I paid $140 to be told my dryer is broken then left high and dry. (Or not dry lol) The only reason I gave it two Stars is because Charles, the guy who came out was so sweet and genuinely a nice guy. But like this is business guys....2 weeks before thanksgiving I called. We're on the week of Christmas now. And I called back two weeks later to be like hey what's going on? Can I get repaired?... I'm really busy and I don't have time to chase people down and beg for their expensive business. I needed my dryer working and you've essentially wasted my time (because here I'm thinking you're going to call back so I'm Not calling anyone else... plus I already invested Money in you guys. I'm frustrated. They haven't called back at all. THEN my mom's dryer broke in a different city with a similar problem. The guy has raving reviews. $75 to diagnose which goes TOWARDS repairs for a dryer 20 years older than mine and he had the parts on him, dryer was done same day and works great. Let me tell you how I was like while I'm happy for my mom but I'm like WTF for me.... I told him my Experience with you guys and like he said... that's just bad business. If you correct this I'll change this review. But that would entail calling me back. Which you don't seem to do. Just took my money to tell me "yep it's broken" and bounced. I can't recommend this business at all. As a person who loves supporting small businesses I always send peoples contacts and share it.

On top of that, Pat saw that the housing on the same unit was cracked in a few places and the door did not open/close smoothly. Pat made 3 trips to get it right, because he wanted to do the right thing for me, as if it was his own unit that needed repair.     I contacted this company for a second opinion on an issue with my HVAC unit. When I called to…read moreschedule, I was told it would be a $75 diagnostic fee and $70 per hour for labor, which was cheaper than another company I had already spoken with. That is the only reason I chose to have them come out. The technician arrived, diagnosed a completely different issue than what the first company had told me, and then quoted me $450 + diagnostic cost + coolant cost for the repair--even though he had already found the leak. When I asked how it could possibly cost that much if their labor rate was $70 per hour, he said the office would call me to explain. When the office called, I was told that the $70 per hour was a "warranty price" and that for this issue it was a different price per hr. At no point during the initial call was this distinction made. I was understandably concerned about the lack of transparency, and when I repeatedly reminded them that I chose their company because of the hourly rate they gave me, the person on the phone became rude and defensive. I then asked to speak with the owner. When he called, I explained the situation from the beginning. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, he became rude as well and said to me, "Under any circumstances here are you wrong?" I was shocked. I told him that his company had quoted me one price and then changed it after I'd already scheduled and had the technician come out, wasting everyone's time. He insisted that their labor price had "never" been what I was quoted, yet he had no explanation for why two different people from his own company had told me that number. When I asked directly what their actual fee was, he still would not give me a straight answer. The lack of transparency about pricing and the dismissive, disrespectful attitude from both the office and the owner were absolutely unacceptable. I was treated as if I was the problem simply for questioning a bait-and-switch type situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, clear communication, and basic respect.
