Leticia in the dressing room was horrible, rude. She asked me to put all the clothes on the rack, so I did. Then she got upset cause I said I was only trying on 4 of them. Check the camera around 230 on the 13th. She was horrible and slammed stuff down, rolled her eyes. All because she gave bad instructions. I stayed in the dressing room crying. I go to Marshalls twice a week. I have spent thousands there in yucca. Leticcia- for being an old person, who works in a dressing room, you sure make people feel awful about themselves. I never have never been in a Marshall's with a amazing ,clean and professional looking skin care department . I'm a licensed cosmetologist it was like a kid in a candy store . The makeup was all Organized, skin care was organized by cleansers, toners and facemask . It was so clean and exactly how it would be in a fancy skincare store in Beverly Hills. I was talking to a girl named Tiffany and telling her how clean and nice it looked. she told me she was a licensed aesthetician and took pride in making it look professional. I had a bad experience, the manager is careless. The changing rooms are closed still due to covid19, so we all have to follow the rules and buy our clothes and take them home try them on and return them if they don't fit. There was a customer dressings and trying on everything and anything she could in front of ALL the other customers, I i did see her try on a bra,I told an employee then the employee told the manager, and guess what they did... NOTHING! The lady kept on going trying on glasses, clothes anything she could, like purposely trying to spread her virus in sure, I bought $200 worth of things, she bought $0. Customers matter! Stopped by here today and i must say this is the most organized Marshall's I've ever been in. The store was very clean. The store greeters ensured there was hand sanitizer available for shoppers, they were well managed and ensured to you that their assistance was available if needed. I come here a lot to kill time in between college classes or just to look around. They have a great selection, and I'm always finding some sort of deals. However, other items are a little bit higher priced, which is fine because they are branded items, but I also feel like I can get a few more better deals at Ross. Aside from that, the clearance racks never disappoint. You're bound to find something you like. I recently got a good deal on a 3-pack of Calvin Kleins for $10 for my boyfriend, and a deal of 3 American Eagle boxers for $12 for my brother...when I went to the mall the week after, I found the same pairs at the actual AE store - one pair was the same price as all 3 that I got from Marshall's. As a college student on a budget, you can imagine how happy I was for scoring a pretty good deal on a name-brand item. Love this store; will always come back. read more
