I ordered a cattle panel and horse panel cost over $380.00 I was able to use my rewards for free delivery. It was a great moment yesterday. I called around 2 pm to see where the driver was, me lady said he will deliver around 4pm. At 330pm I got a call telling me the trailer was out of service. How do you have my items out for delivery but now your trailer is out of service. This will be the last time I order something to be delivered. 1. The chubby manager spoke to me in a rather unfriendly abrupt manner letting me know she was annoyed with my situation that concerned a purchase from TS. She was taking her distastefully long sharp nails and rapping them on the customer service desk as an unkind gesture to scold/intimidate me. 2. The elder woman and only cashier makes a lot of small talk and off the subject comments to customers that holds up the long line 3. They don't consistently keep alfalfa hay in stock 4. The area to pick up the hay is small, tight and dangerous, it takes time waiting for someone to come out and load the hay, some use a tractor like lift others their bare hands, Daphne got an attitude because its impossible and unsafe to park strategically close without getting nails or debris in the tires or to have enough room to revenuer without damaging my vehicle. She behaved like I walked into her living room with a very rude, punitive energy because she had to load the hay and refused my assistance. After the hay was loaded and drove ahead continuing through the back way there was a concrete stairway on the left with zero gait and a drop off going down a large back hole where a pedestrian can literally step off and get seriously injured or killed or a vehicle can become seriously damaged. Not that TS or their employees care. 5. The best employee is an older male cashier that is always friendly, respectful, and caring towards all the customers. 6. The employees are not knowledgeable about their products except for Daphne she is an expert on everything horses. 7. The pipe corrals or cattle panels are very light weight, hollow and a horse can dent them, knock them over, and injure themselves. They don't come with any gate panes and are held together buy these clips. and I have no idea what they would be good for. For the price you can buy heavy steel pipe corral panels elsewhere and either pick them up yourself (use a u haul). Please do not invest any of your money in their cattle panels/pipe corrals you will regret it. 8. Hay comes with dead animals and other debris animals can get sick from or choke on. They hay turns brown very quick and I can buy it for literally $6 cheaper at the local feed store in Landers. 9. God forbid you need to use the bathroom it is locked and they struggle repeatedly to find a key. 10. You are allowed to bring your pets inside. 11. If you find something you want to buy outside it is locked with cable wires and they will have an attitude if you dare ask someone to go out there and unlock it and take it down so you can buy it. 12. Most of the items are over priced. 13. Horse items are under stocked. 14. The boot selection is OK they need to carry the latest Twisted X with comfortable soles that look like HOKAS. The clothing selection is decent. I will be back with the treacherous dangerous drop off in their strip mall parking lot that you will drive by after picking up hay. We have a class A Rv and was in need of a 40 pound propane tank. We purchased one from tractor supply. The girl filling it up seemed confused asked for help and the young man that helped didn't seem like he knew either. He answered her "I don't know" a few times. When we got the propane tank back to our Rv the needle was fully to the red and it was dangerous. We took it back and they would not admit to doing their part wrong they were not suppose to over fill it. The manager did not know anything about the tanks it seemed. No one there did. Be aware it can be dangerous dealing with propane tanks and selling them that way. read more

I get my horse and dog food here because it is the closest to my residence however I have been suggested to get a 80 pound bag of pellets several times which the bag was torn ripped and Assured that I'd be given a 30% discount this discount has never happened before advised that if the bag is ripped torn etc it's policy they give a discount however this store does not. read more

Tractor Supply allows well-mannered dogs in their store and since my own dog was just awarded Dog of the Week at his day camp I figured he'd be safe to bring with me. When a friendly employee patted him on the head he became so excited that he took a giant leak on the store floor. I was so mortified but the staff were really good-natured about it. Thank you, Tractor Supply employees, for being so patient with my overly enthusiastic dog. This store also offers great deals on bird seed, cat litter, and other animal supplies. I signed up for their email list which announces deals pretty regularly. The order online option offers a lot of ease, also. Around the holidays they had amazing smelling candles and other nice gifts. Tractor Supply is rapidly replacing Target as my favorite place to shop. read more

Had an incident last Saturday where a man in the parking lot was verbal to me while I sat in my vehicle. I told him to go away, and he was kind of nutty and in turn he pulled out a tazer and started "cracking" it towards my window of my vehicle. I then backed up out of my parking space and pulled up the front of the building so I could be my wife out of the store. The guy with the tazer started to walk towards me ranting about something and "cracking" his tazer. I went inside the store and explained to the heavy set young cashier that I needed to use the store phone to call 911. At this time she said "NO". I then reached for the phone, and she picked it up before I could reach it. I was scared of the guy in the parking lot who entered the store with his tazer out. I asked if a customer in line would call 911 for me and about this time another employee handed me the company phone that he had called 911. I explained the situation to 911 and waited for law enforcement to arrive while I waited in the back of the store to avoid him. When law enforcement arrived, they immediately questioned his guy and took his tazer away from him. As I was waiting to be interviewed by law enforcement, the large chubby blond cashier flagged the lady officer over to her and told her that I assaulted her. I don't remember, but I guess my hand brushed against her hand when I reached for the company phone that she said I could not use. Tractor supply, If someone fears for their life and needs to call 911, don't deny them the use of the store phone. If this was your daughter, wife or father that needed to use the phone to call for an emergency and things did go badly, Tractor Supply would be at fault and a customer would have been injured. Teach your young cashiers about life and help when possible. Was a longtime customer and will not go back due to their attitude towards a customer in need. I went to the TS in Yucca Valley CA. on 02/26/2020. TS is the only store in the Morongo Valley that carries barbed wire. The staff helped me lift the heavy roll of wire, both in the store, and out to the truck. This TS store reminds me of the TS stores in Wisconsin where people are still friendly! Sorry, I find it can you pretty ill repute to inadvertently walking to the store believing I am walking in to Harbor Freight. Then showing the clerk Harbor Freights adverts, asking for a specific water pump. The clerk then walking me to the water pumps and saying they do not have that specific one, and proceeding to sell me a more expensive pump. I have a finicky 19 yr old Chihuahua that loves going to the store with me for some reason. I find his many favorite foods ( which changes quicker and as often as a Republicans lies during mid terms), I find the prices are less then most in the area. So between his bi-daily change of taste and feeding every wild bird this side of LA (40 to 60 pounds of bird seed monthly) price matters. Convenient location. I'm usually happy with TS for my horse and dog feed but not happy with recent handling of y bad bale of alfalfa. I'm about midway through a bale of alfalfa and luckily my pony stopped eating the flake when she bit into a large piece of unknown blue fabric. I bought hay from TS even after my farrier had a similar experience this summer. My farrier received a free bale to replace the bad one. I called TS and spoke with very unfriendly Lindsey. I explained my situation and my farriers and she refused to replace my bale and wasn't even apologetic ! Her reply was they hadn't had any complaints about alfalfa and they can't quality control each bale. A simple sorry would have been nice. Taking my business elsewhere bc Lindsey sour attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Go if you know you'll not need help from anyone. There's no one there in management that cares. I complained to the District Manager and was told the store manager would follow up with me. Well it never happened. I was treated horribly by the store manager and left in tears. All over four bucks. Previously this was my go to store for feed and supplies. Love this place!! Seem to have it stocked well very helpful too. They have items you would have to run all over town to find ! Competitive prices too! The employees have gone out of their way, to help me and my family when we shop there, we buy our livestock, pet and poultry feeds, as well as other ranch supplies there, it makes it an easy one stop for us. Prices are competitive, product is good, and many times prices are much less than other local feed stores. Lindsay has gone out her way, to help us everytime we shop there and she is working. The managers try to keep the feeds we buy most in stock, and 9 times out of 10 they have it in stock, but sometimes it is beyond their control, such is retail. But for the most part, never have had problems. They have earned our business trust. read more

Was I ever pleasantly surprised. It seems they have a small but very capable staff. I am always greeted, and can always get answers from the nearby staff. I was checked out at the counter by the same person working the floor and then told to wait for HER while she unlocked and opened the yard so i could get large sacks of bedding. Hmmm, usually they have a guy out there tending that...but when i arrived at the entrance, my outfit too big for normal loading, this young lady wheeled the stuff out and hefted the sacks to me, not one, BUT TWO AT A TIME. Need more people like her in the world. Dedicated, smart, and willing to adapt. She'll probably be promoted by my next visit. Good job read more
