I currently live in Morro Bay, CA, which is approximately two hours north of Santa Barbara and five hours north of Big Bear and I drive down twice a month for Lolas Dried Chicken Necks and Turkey Neck. Yes, I drive 5 hours one way just for these treats. The owner offered to ship them to me however I love coming in and visiting. There's a certain level of human interaction you miss out on by not visiting in person. Olivers is located in the scenic village surrounded by mountains and the lake. Oliver's is fully stocked with treats, well being products, and toys to keep your poochie baby happy. Oliver's also has another addition by the name of Mackswel. Then I remembered that my dog responded well to CBD for pain so I called BV Pet and Animal Supply and inquired. The man who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the pet grade product they carried and explained correct dosage for my dog's weight. They even opened the shop special for us to access the product as they couldn't ignore an animal that needed help. I really appreciated the above and beyond customer service and the concern they expressed for my situation. I wish we had more retailers like this place. They saved the day for us.
