I like to make a stop in when I'm in town-they always have something new every time, from home decor to dog/cat supplies. During the holidays the store is beautifully decorated and decked out, you just have to come and see! They do take most donations, just no clothing/shoes, as far as I know!

I figured I would give them a try, and I'm extremely glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the customer service and treatment were amazing. Ms. Tina was the first person to greet me at the door, and from that very first interaction, I immediately felt welcomed. She honestly gave me back some faith in local archery pro shops. She took the time to look over my bow, replaced a missing screw on the cam, had me take a few test shots, readjusted my draw length, and even gave me pointers on my shooting form. What stood out the most was that she never once made me feel like I was being rushed or that I was bothering her. She was genuinely there to help someone who is still a complete beginner to archery. She also showed me around the shop, offered to let me demo some bows, and I even stayed for a while to shoot at their indoor range before heading home. Not once did she ask me to pay for the help she provided. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find. Willowcreek made me feel like they actually cared about helping me enjoy and learn the sport, not just making a sale. They definitely earned my business, and I'll be coming back here for all of my archery needs!

It's near the Home Depot plaza near Clinton Keith and has plenty of parking. It reminds me of the stores back in Texas, and it's just so fun to see all the stuff in there. They really do sell chicks and ducks! They have a lot of good sales, I got a hummingbird feeder and we got some solar lights that are shaped like tractors, and some seeds. Just random things, but it is really fun walking around. They have everything you could think of and more, and they even have a vet at this location (not sure if that's normal for all locations), but the cashier was so nice. What a fun place to visit for all your gardening/outdoor space needs!

This is such a cool store to come into so it's so sad that they make you feel so unwelcomed. Management needs to step up and make some changes or retrain your employees to at least attempt to look and act like they want to be there. If I was the manager of this store, I would be so pissed that these employees are getting paid and are doing the bare minimum if even that. But, apparently they don't care because it's always a revolving door of unhelpful and impolite workers.

I spoke with Kelly, who was working at the counter. She was so friendly, welcoming, and sweet and we chatted for a bit. She explained that they also have classes for crafts like jewelry making & candle making. It's something I'm interested in exploring further. She let me know that Angie owned the shop and there were challenges when the pandemic hit. I'm so heartbroken that so many small businesses were adversely impacted. I love supporting small businesses. Like I told Kelly small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. They have a prayer request wall. I submitted a request along with the myriad of requests already hanging. So much prayer needed in these times. I thought that is so cool & gracious on the shop owner's part. What a blessing! You can tell that children find the shop magical! They were awestruck by many of the items on display. Hearing their squeals of delight brought joy to my ears & warmth to my heart.
