I looked at their system and retrieved the error message. I called back the third time and Bobbie answered. I told her who I was and she just sat there. I asked, can you hear me? She said Yeah! Wow, I am in customer service and I thought she does not need to be answering the phone. I explained that I had spoken with our landlord and this was the error message on his system. I asked her, do you know what that is, her response was very unprofessional, with a bad attitude. I'm sorry the first impression of a business is who answers the phone or who greets you.
