I had already had the iphone shipped to my house, but I have so many pics and etc in my phone, I needed a rep to handle the transaction. Well, I got at T-Mobile at 11:20am and left about 1:30pm. It was 4 customers before me and let's just say everyone was upgrading today :-). I'm very patient, so I waited my turn. Crystal made sure that all was well, before I left out of the store. Let me tell you, they have really nice phones here. But I am definitely a iPhone carrier and that's what I'll stick with. :-) I'll be back soon. Maybe not at this location, but Tmobile for sure. :-)

So you do have to keep an eye on all who comes in just incase they miss the order of who came in before they get the opportunity to check you in or help you.
