The doors are fiberglass and the manufacturing company told me it would take a major blow to crack and indent the exterior surface of this door. When I pointed out the damages to the jamb to the carpenter, I was told "it came that way." They did not come that way. It took 2 days for 2 supposedly experienced carpenters to install doors that they had to remove after fully installed to correct problems that kept the doors from shutting. They were almost almost an hour late each day. They took 3 to 4 cigarette breaks per hour. They were not prepared with basics such as screws of various lengths, tools needed to plane a warped area in the opening for the door, spray foam to seal gaps in spaces, etc. I reached out to the carpenter and he flatly denied any damage occurred due to their installation and work with our doors. No willingness to assume any responsibility for their substandard work. Use caution if you hire this company. We have to buy another door to replace the damaged one.

Although Frick's was among the more affordable companies, I chose them based on Joseph's genuine sincerity in making sure I was happy with the work. He thoroughly explained how he would do things, made recommendations that saved me money and put all the specifics in writing. I appreciated his attention to details. Joseph and his crew did a magnificent job bringing this worn, disheveled, damaged house back to life. The home looks fresh and brand new. Every wall, ceiling and trim was painted. I have all new, gorgeous flooring. They made all kinds of repairs to the house, that if I had to hire someone for every kind of repair, would have cost me much more. I am thrilled with my "new" house and grateful to Joseph and his team of professionals.

I just purchased my home and had quite a bit of repairs to complete. On the top of my list was…read morereplacing a patio door that was becoming a hassle to open and close. Sometimes the door would come off the tracks making it difficult to open and close. So I was in the market for a new patio door. I looked into the major retailers and was not impressed with the products that they had in stock. I began my search for two things 1) a quality patio that would last for the lifetime and 2) a company with a good reputation and stand behind their work. My search led me to Reflections Remodeling of Georgia. Mr. xxxxxx responded to home and showed me a patio door that would not only stand up to the elements, the door was also sturdy and it also looked impressive in the brochure. The door also came with several security features that no other door I researched had. It wasn't a tough sale, because the door had everything I was looking for. The installers did an amazing job with the installation of the door. They took their time to ensure everything was done correctly. I know what you're going to say...they are supposed to do that. The installers went over and beyond by correcting issues with the wall to ensure the door would fit correctly and I would not have any problems in the future. Mr. xxxxxx also stopped by. That says a lot when a contractor drops in on a installation. Mr. xxxxxx also showed me how to operate the door and the security features of the door. I am quite pleased with my purchase and the overall look of the patio door is impressive. I would definitely utilize Reflections Remodeling of Georgia for all my exterior work on my home and recommend the company to all my family and friends.

I would have happily paid another company a couple extra hundred dollars to not have my property damaged. We had some siding replaced and soffits, and both were treated as an after thought. They left my driveway with huge gouges from the dumpster, and a big dent in the case of our brand new heating and air unit. When asked about the damage all I got was "Oh I'm sorry to hear about that." So too bad for me I guess. The siding guys were finishing up when I paid the owner and asked that they caulk around some of the siding with big gaps. He said "no problem"... took the money and his guys were gone before he was out of our culdesac. No caulking. I also had informed him that I was having more work done and needed access to the back yard (tree removal and privacy fence). It took nearly a week for me to get them to take their pallet of unused materials from blocking the way to the back yard, and just hours before the tree guys were scheduled to show up. The moral of the story = roof ok, any thing else go another way.

They didn't charge me for it because they couldn't guarantee that it would work, and I said if it did work I'd be back to pay them and get another copy.
