I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.

I would not recommend M&M Appliances based on my recent experience…read more We have a high-end GE Monogram built-in refrigerator that stopped working. M&M quoted us approximately $2,500 to replace multiple boards and service the refrigerator. They also told us there would be essentially no warranty on the electronics other than a short company warranty. After getting a second opinion from another appliance repair company, we were told that only one board appeared to need replacement, with an estimated cost of about $847 plus labor, which was far more reasonable. What was especially concerning was that the second technician noted that one of the original boards had apparently been removed from our refrigerator without that being clearly communicated to us beforehand. Based on our experience, the original diagnosis and pricing from M&M seemed excessive and not transparent. I would strongly encourage anyone with a higher-end appliance, especially a built-in refrigerator, to get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs.

But then there's when you ask someone a question... I haven't felt the response was confident. Like, when you issue a response and it has a "questionable tone/pitch" it doesn't make me feel like you KNOW what you're talking about. Then there comes my most recent trip here, I came with a list of items needed and they were out of many of them which was totally disappointing and resulted in me having to make another stop at Home Depot to get the rest (Ugh. Annoying). No surprise, the trip prior I came for a miter saw. The $99 one (on sale from $139) was out of stock so I ordered it online and had "in store pick up". I got the email saying it was in so I headed to Lowe's and went to the pick up desk. I was kind of surprised that my item wasn't in the pick up area (which would make sense). Instead, the lady had to go in the back (which felt like an eternity since I had 3 kids ages 2, 3 and 5 with me). End of story, I got my saw but MAN! That was quite the wait. In addition to the store experience, we had a guy from Lowe's come out and give us an estimate for replacing our windows. He was really nice and we appreciated that he would periodically call back and ask if we made our decision. (Neither of the 2 other companies who gave us estimates called to see if we made our decision.) We've since decided to hold off on the $10,000 project for now.
