The staff members were really nice and encouraged me to sign up for their free drawing. There were many door buster deals and items for sale in honor of 4th of July. My daughter and I purchased a few items together so we could stack my 20% off birthday coupon. That was appreciated. Of course, I'll be back because this is the closest one to me, but I hope it's cleaner and a bit more kempt next time.

We recently purchased our dining room table from Furniture Row…read more I found the table online that I liked and wanted to see it in person before buying it. Bonus, it was on sale $100 off!! The showroom was quite expansive. I liked seeing other items they had. The staff, while friendly, seemed very pushy about having me sign up for their credit line. While taking my children to the restroom, I came back to her having the paperwork already out. I told her I planned to just pay for the table that day and she was like, "But this has no interest and you can pay over a number of months." Ummmm... but I have the money to just pay for it now, so... that's what I want to do. It was kind of strange, she asked me like 4 times. Maybe they get a bonus for the # of credit lines they open??? After ordering the table, I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before it came in and that I would get a call to schedule delivery. 2 weeks came and went and I never heard anything so I gave them a call. They said the table was in and we could schedule the delivery. (Awesome! But why didn't I get a call??? They claimed they called 2x the day prior but the phone just kept ringing. Hmmm...) Delivery was scheduled a few days out (unfortunately couldn't do it sooner... because I was REALLY getting sick of eating on a fold out card table.) Delivery went smooth! 2 delivery guys were able to set up my table in no time! And the best part... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW TABLE! Like, REALLY LOVE IT! (Chairs I bought from Amazon).

Process was fairly quick and was updated periodically about delivery. Prices are fair and the showroom and bathroom was clean. Delivery associates were so polite and quick! However, we went to the LOFT in Midland and their sanitizing protocols are above and beyond expected. They offer brand new surgical masks and alcohol hand sanitizer at the door. I personally observed the cleaning of the changing room in between customers. They even go so far as to put the clothing items that I touched in a "quarantine" period for 24 hours, prior to adding the product back on the racks. This forethought is impressive. We will be back! I was trying to look at some pants where they were working and putting together a display it seemed, they didn't offer to move. They had sale signs everywhere and then when I asked if a shirt was apart of the sale they stated " the sale doesn't start until tomorrow ". This was my second time in this location and the second time no one greeted or asked if they could help me. I know other locations are not like this one. I will never go back to this location and will go to other locations in other towns. I have never had this problem in other towns where Loft is located. I was not the only customer that felt this way. Two ladies stopped me after leaving and stated that they were disappointed in how the staff treated customers. One of the ladies was having trouble getting a shirt off the rack and asked "why are these hung backwards"? The clerk responded " they are supposed to be like a question mark". They didn't offer to help her take it off the rack for her and I noticed none of the other clothes were hung like a " question mark"in other parts of the store. When you walk into this location do not expect to feel welcome.
