The appliance tech started out ok, but he did not move the appliance from the wall. This is a…read moreclothes washer. Tech came out and stated he had bad news. He stated that the problem on this washer was the basin shocks were bad. He stated the parts were no longer available. His recommendation would be to replace the washer, and he had 2 for sale. His first lie was that parts were not available. PARTS WERE AVAILABLE...Internet search found MULTIPLE parts available. To include Amazon. I ordered the OEM parts, and should arrive today. I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.

Beware the bait and switch. I was shown several beds and I wanted the queen size beautyrest zero…read moregravity bed with the remote setting. I was told it would be $ 1050.00 dollars. Plus the 3 year warranty and the life insurance they make you buy. If your buying on credit. However I got a serta motion essential bed . It's goes for about 750 to 900 online so they baited me with the beautyrest zero gravity base and sent me a cheaper serta version. This is at the store in Odessa Texas. I've heard of this happening to others as well so it must be a tactic I wonder if their corporate people know they are stealing from people. I called them the dude lied in my face and told me the bed I wanted would be 1700.00 dollars now. I need this bed for medical reasons. Really sucks you can't trust a furniture salesman to be honest.

After being harassed by the employees to make some commission off us, we went ahead and ordered…read moresome appliances. They were delivered just fine. We wanted to get some carpet but all the sudden we are "too far out" for them to come give us a quote EVEN THO THEY HAVE BEEN TO OUR HOUSE BEFORE... and now after having a washer less than 8 months, it's broke and they aren't wanting to come look at it even tho we have a new warranty. Definitely about to have to take this to court. Ridiculous.

At the register line there were three girls with Home Depot smocks , one using a cell phone. When we walked up they scattered and the girl at the register turned off the light and said this line is closed , and turned around and walked off! I was so mad I could have bit a nail in two! I look around and the only registers open now are the self check out ones, and personality, I don't like those , however,we used them, checked out and went home. Today the wife & I went to Best Buy for the purchase of a new TV. Evidently I am no expert at TV's,…read moreor anything electronics for that matter, so we asked for advise prior to making any decision on which TV would suit our home best. The gentleman in charge of that department was named Ben. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on everything TV related, he was super helpful in ensuring that my wife would get exactly what she wanted. He took his time in explaining (in detail) the differences between all the TV's we looked at, how they worked, features, price range, etc etc. After our purchase I felt confident that we made the best decision for our home and that was all because the associate took his time to help us. If for any reason anyone is looking to buy a TV or electronics, I strongly encourage you visit with Ben at Best Buy. The 5 star rating was all due to great costumer service that exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be going back.

They have a daily special which is good old southern, homestyle eating and it's my dad's favorite spot so I checked it out. The serve fried catfish, chicken fried steak, chicken, shrimp and a couple options of seafood platters. Sides include green beans, mash potatoes fries and a few other things. The salad really was not a salad, rather just a hunk of iceberg lettuce that was chopped a bit into smaller chunks and topped with salad dressing. My jumbo shrimp ordered were tasty but deep fried and coated in grease so I soaked them up quite a bit with paper towels before i was able to eat them. The catfish plate was a decent size with 4-5 large pieces of catfish, in my opinion, a good 2-3 servings worth. All in all, if you're looking for some good southern homecooked style food, carb forward, fried goodness, this will do the trick.
