    Ruined about 25# of beef.  We saved the rest buy going and purchasing a new Freezer at Home Depot late last night.

    We purchased a Frigidaire upright freezer on Feb. 4th. Sales man Randall was awesome. Delivered to our area the following day. We then travelled to Colorado to purchase an entire beef. The total cost of the beef with out travel and the purchase of the freezer was around$2,000. A week after loading the freezer with the beef, the entire upper shelf was either thawed or thawing. I immediately made a call to get a service person to come look at the freezer. This is where our positive experience with the sales team and Conn's ended. It has been over 24 hours since I made that frantic call and I have still not been scheduled a service call. It is not their policy to provide for emergencies. It's first come first serve. I made approximately 17 calls yesterday. Left 4 messages with Supervisor's and the store we purchased the item from. After no response for hours....I went to their Facebook page... a polite response for the public to see, not so nice otherwise. We ended up having to purchase another freezer late last night to save the beef that was left. My first call was approximately 9 a.m. yesterday, it is now 4 p.m. the following day and I have received 1 phone call stating that I need to be patient and understanding and that they would escalate my ticket number.... I would never, never recommend this company as their service department and customer service department has no integrity, professionalism or empathy. I was also told numerous times that it doesn't matter if it is their fault or if the equipment is faulty, the most they will cover is $250... the rest is my problem. Worst experience I have ever had.

    Customer service while shopping is fantastic. Customer service after purchase is less to be desired. Appliance purchase have been great... products received and installed as expected with no issues or hassles. Furniture however is not recommended. There is no refunds in furniture and after my purchase, I can understand why. It's poorly made. Once received, the quality is less than what is seen in store show room. We're had our furniture for a year and have had this recliner repairs twice. First time material was poorly made ripping and thread sticking out. Second time, the mechanics had to be replaced on the recliner. The sofa and love seat have bars sticking out cause if the arms to lump up and my furniture was. It scotch guarded as paid for. We also bought a dining table and chairs. Four days after delivery, I had to call service line to have the chairs tightened because they came loose and chairs wobbled. Wanted me to tighten them myself to avoid a service call but if I stripped the screws it would null the warranty. So I had them come and do it themselves. After all, that's what the warranty is for. Moral of this story, don't buy furniture at Conn's. Also, manager was. I help when discussing these issues. Once they sell them, it's no longer their problem. His exact woes/

    Did not disclose damage to a table. The damage was noticed moments after it was delivered. Don't believe the deception! 2 Years ago I bought a Eruo-Top mattress from them and have had it replaced two times. Before I "upgraded" I had had a cheapo mattress for 16 years. I have regretted this purchase and worse - I paid 1000.00 dollars when it was said and done (mattress set 800.00, support frame 100.00, and mattress protector cover 100.00). I cant say that my weight is the issue as with my other mattress. it lasted much longer and I weighed much much more in the past. The 3rd replacement mattress has also proved to be defective. They no longer carry the brand and referred me out to the manufacture. The manufacture wants to replace the mattress but McMinn's wont even allow them to ship the mattress there. I was sent out to Midland to Carter's where I was told the replacement would take place. When I arrived at Carter's I was treated like scum and told "They were no longer going to take care of McMinn's issues" in a manner as if I was at fault for whatever it was that caused the bad blood with either McMinn's or the mattress company, Sleep Designs. So now I am stuck with my 3rd defective mattress that I paid an arm and a leg for (not easy on disability) unless I can take the mattress myself to Houston 8hrs 2mins away (as per Google Maps). Its best to deal with a company that will stick through with you as long as possible (at least the 10 yrs guaranteed) than cut you loose when the going gets tough.
