This is a large store similar to most other outlet mall locations; men's department is large and, on a recent trip, had some pretty nice dress shoes since I'd forgotten to pack mine. It is in a new-ish looking strip mall with other shopping and dining options that could make for a good retail therapy outing while visiting.

Instead of coming to check on us or the other who had just walked in they both sat down behind the counter with their phones out. They didn't check to see if we needed sizes or help finding styles... nothing. This is the 3rd time I've been in there and always had great customer service. This time was just so lacking :(

They have a limited stock on some things, and then great selections on others. The bad, if you go in there expecting customer service, forget about it, there was only one guy working and he pretty well stayed hid behind a display leaning on the shelves messing with his phone. I think if my intentions are to go in and drop almost $200 on a belt, I expect some customer service, and I shouldn't have to solicit it, either. He looked up on occasion but then right back down to his phone. Sales people shouldn't be allowed to carry their phones while on the floor. If they were set on burning a potentially loyal customer into someone who will never come back, congratulations, you did it.

Julianna was absolutely the rudest of all that took over . The customer service by her was so rude. My Husband bought a hat today and wanted to order over $700 worth of stuff. Julianna said in a rude way "we can't make orders" when we have been there before and made orders . Clearly she just didn't want to write out the order on the order paper. She over all just had a crappy attitude the whole time . WORSE customer service I have ever experienced . Such a disappointment.

I usually shop at the Buckle online, to avoid the major shopper stalkers. But the Midland location…read moreisn't that bad. They do still follow you around, and say everything looks great on you (even when it certainly doesn't). Just know you own mind, tell them you will ask for help if you need it, and it's a great store. They won't bug you too much, but they are there to help if you need it because they are genuinely friendly. I like the Buckle, because they have limited supply; you won't see everyone wearing the same shirt you just bought, because they don't keep that many in stock. There are a lot of smaller sizes, and no one does layering like the Buckle. 5 stars!
