I found the prices to be fair and in-line with the competition in the area. I like the rewards program because it rewards you for spending money which most retail establishments don't. Customer service is really important especially when ordering sight unseen online and Ian was awesome. Having moved to California and purchased a condo (on the smaller side), I took a gamble and sent floor plans and dimensions to Vikki and she completely designed my small space to make it appear larger and brighter within 3 days. Between Vikki and Ian, one week later I am sitting in my new condo that is almost fully furnished with custom pieces and perfect style to boot. Vikki is a miracle worker with design and Ian was a master at working out the shipping and handling details. AVOID! Horrible service practices!…read more Purchased a chair from this location on 6/17/2023. It was a very painless transaction, we paid in full and was told that the delivery would take 12-16 weeks; so, we were pleasantly surprised when we learned that we were receiving the chair on week 9. That is where the positive experience ended. The chair was delivered broken, on a Friday, when their service department is closed. I called and left a detailed message, but did not receive a call back on Monday - when the department reopened. I called on Tuesday and was told that I would receive a call the following week to set up a service date. I had not received a call by the following Wednesday, so I called back. I was told that the service guy was on the delivery truck this week and would not be available to service until next week. So here I am at week 3 of having a broken chair and no date set for a repair. I would have preferred to have the chair delivered at week 12 in working condition, over a delivery of a broken chair that is just taking room up in my living room for 3 weeks, at week 9.

I was greeted very politely by a sweet young girl when I entered the store. However, another more mature lady came by me while I was shopping and just seemed like she was eyeing me up and down and suggesting I didn't belong there. (I was in my work clothes.) She also checked me out when I was done shopping and gave me that same impression. If I hadn't been here before, I would've just walked out. It's a shame that I was treated like this because I wasn't dressed to the nines.
