As a result, I missed the opportunity to oversee the entire setup process. The delivery team went ahead and assembled everything as planned, including plugging in the various pieces. However, I've run into a significant issue: my electrical recliner is not functioning at all. This malfunction is particularly frustrating because I was really looking forward to enjoying my new furniture, especially the recliner, which was a major selling point for me. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I will have to wait a full two weeks before a technician can come to examine the chair and determine what's wrong with it. It also didn't clean as good as a Toro. Used it a total of 10 minutes, just tried to take it back and they would not return because we put gas in it. This is wrong and really bad business. After the thousand of dollars, we spent them over the years. This is the customer service we got. I would not recommend buying from them.
