I'm sorry that I didn't shove my yard. Then when I called back to figure out what happened she told me the same thing that she should be upset for "making" them walk through the snow. No one made them. If they didn't want to walk through the snow they should have said something to us and left it in the driveway. We would have taken care of it ourselves. After the thousand of dollars, we spent them over the years. This is the customer service we got. I would not recommend buying from them.

After…read morehaving a HORRIBLE mattress shopping/buying experience in the Quad Cities, I decided to shop around at smaller neighboring towns, in the hopes that I could find not only better pricing, but that small-town feeling where the sales folks actually took an interest & cared about me, as well as keeping me as a customer. I am so glad that I did! Before driving the 45+ minutes one-way, I called Factory Direct Mattress in Clinton, IA, and spoke with Domingo. After listening to my past experiences, what I was looking for, and my overall general requirements, he requested that I come to his store & "try on" some mattresses so he could see how each of the mattresses he offered reacted to my body type, shape, and weight. Domingo really knew his stuff...not just about mattresses, but also about food, health, & fitness, and he honestly could be a life coach in general! Within 15 minutes of meeting him, I felt like we had known each other our entire lives! Not only did I walk out of Factory Direct Mattress with a great new king-size mattress, box springs, bed frame, and mattress cover for a great price, but also with the peace of mind that Domingo actually takes care of his customers, and wants to retain his customers for life! In a world where customer service is robotic, automated, or non-existent, it is very refreshing to know that there is at least ONE business today in which honesty, integrity, and a genuine care for the customer still exists! Thank you Domingo! My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers at Factory Direct Mattress in Clinton, Iowa!

So we walked into Slumberland and headed towards the mattresses we had been greeted when we first came in. The mattress selections had been wonderful they have something for everyone. So we tested some out and couldn't decide on one. Our Godsend came and helped Claudia. Guys she is AMAZING. She told us what deals they were having and suggested a few beds to us. We finally decided on a lovely Tempurpedic because why not. So after helping us she gave us a few discounts and was able to send us on our way. Me and my boyfriend will be comin back!

The service call should include an hour labor in it. Overall I'm still happy I bought my appliances here they were very friendly and down to earth with me when I was haggling with them, but I don't think I would even call this place up again for a service call.
