I have shopped this location for 10 years.First name basis with most of the employees.I have…read morepurchased many big ticket items costing thousands of dollars during those years.That all ended monday 8/27/18 with the rude treatment I received from the new mgr.I needed a really short term rental of a mower as my usual young man had left to join the army.I have done this in the past when I only needed a mower for one day,rent one of the repos from the warehouse for only a day or two.Usually the mgr makes me a deal for 35-40 dollars since its in and out and back in again.He told me however it would be usual price and terms and would cost minimum 60.00 take it or leave it.I asked him would he like to reconsider and look at all I have purchased over the years including the other short term mower rentals.He was brand new mgr however and refused to budge. It takes many years to build a relationship with a loyal customer,but he destroyed it in 30 seconds.I will no longer shop there.

As my fridge quit working suddenly and I needed one immediately, I went with a delivery date of two days later between 4-8, After leaving my son's soccer game early to make sure I arrive for delivery I wait. At about 630 I receive a call informing me my time has been pushed back to 7-9. Fine. No problem. At 910 with prior commitments awaiting I call the number that had called me. After a ten minute hold I find out my delivery is now being set for a whole other day, 2 days away with a time frame of 12 hours. So I pay for a service that is no longer of any benefit to me and my choosing of the product because of its quick delivery time feame has now become a nuisance. I can honestly say the poor way this is being ran, overbooking and the inability to account for people's jobs and time, I will find another store for my major appliances in the future. I've been a long time customer with Lowe's, purchasing my washer and dryer, and a lot of my household remodel stuff from here but that will no longer be the case. While the amount of money I spend may not be significant to some companies I will ensure in the future I find one that does value my money, my time, my business andy loyalty.
