They have a basement with a clearance.discount section that is not bad. I picked up a knife pouch for half off, which was nice. They have free American flag bumper stickers, which is nice. Service was a little slow (the two guys at the counter were helping a young kid with an airsoft gun that had a problem). Better than the average small Army/navy store, but not as good as a real surplus militaria store. 2.5 to 3 star establishment.

End of the year sale on a beautiful FN at a great price and BSc advertised the manufacturer's rebate as an additional incentive to purchase before the 12/31 deadline. So after checking 'reviews' and thinking a gun store in OH would be run by a group of honorable folks (they advertise 'vet' owned), I bit, made the purchase, giving them all my info (that they can now sell) and they TOOK MY MONEY. What an idiot I am. They later send an email saying the order is cancelled since the item is out of stock.....Wait, what, you are a gun dealer (you literally get guns from manufactures on a daily basis) and you can take the order and my money, yet you don't want to fill the order? Not the buyer's problem that the BSc system, or worker, screwed up. I have been aggrieved. America is the home of capitalism and every business owner has the right to make, or lose, money based on their decisions. This was a FRAUDULENT SALE, as they could have honorably filled the order since the item in question remains in production. Nope. To top it off, in anticipation of the new item, I purchased accessories elsewhere that now are useless and become my problem to eat or return and for sure I will lose money and time dealing with those other merchants who actually honor purchases. I called BSc and got the runaround by the BSc "manager" and "part owner" who were probably the warehouse guys in disguise. They offered nothing to make it right in any way (but my inbox will be full of BSc emails moving forward). A real 'we don't care if you go away mad, we just want you to go away' attitude. STAY FAR AWAY. PS...BSc has issued a response on another platform of 'yeah it's our error, we screwed you, we take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY and we'll have our friends and employee post a bunch of 5-star reviews'. For the record, despite BSc's contention otherwise, I called AMEX and BSc DID CHARGE MY card and later refunded. The BS at BSc continues.

Excellent deal! The place was super clean and well stocked. Lots of nice goodies in there and they also can their own veggies, tell me of another gun store that cans their own veggies! The prices in there were so good that we may have walked out with more than what we were looking for! If you're looking for some great prices and custom builds then this is the place for you. They had some nice custom AR builds on the wall that had some of the best prices around. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and answered all of our questions very professionally. We will definitely be doing business here again. Great job fellas.
