I had never heard of Third Hand Bike but trusted her and the reviews and decided to bring it here. From what I understand, they are a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers. They don't necessarily do all of the work, they help you correct the issues and understand the how's and why's. They did indeed step in and do a great deal of the work, which I truly appreciated, just as I did the nostalgic conversations about bike designs over the decades.
