And if you're a local, I would find somewhere else because I am sure they are getting over on y'all as well. Riding back to Chicago from Virginia, we had stopped for the night at a hotel about 25 miles from…read moreZanesville. When I went to start my Goldwing, there was no power at all. While I was able to get the bike started, I wanted to replace the battery as there were other indicators that the battery might be going. I called Treadway, which was the closest Honda Dealer, to see if they had one in stock and if so, if they would be able to replace it while I waited. When I called, it was a Friday evening about 10 minuted before they closed. I was told that they had it in stock and would be able to get it into service first thing Saturday morning. When we arrived, just after they opened, the battery was waiting on the counter. The bike was promptly brought back into service, the battery changed, the corrosion cleaned off the positive terminal (which may have ultimately been the cause) and some batter terminal grease applied. This was all done at a fair and reasonable price. Treadway turned what could have impacted our trip home into just a minor inconvenience.

Have had many bad experiences here. Anything from a…read moresalesperson kicking a trash can just because I walked in,to the parts guy treating me like an idiot even tho I probably know just as much as he's does if not more. He then tried to sell me aftermarket parts when I clearly said I wanted genuine Honda parts got an attitude about it then I had to go around the counter to show him what I needed on the computer because ""He didn't know what I was talking about"" but there are two sales guys there that were really nice and helpful but the rest need to fired.
