The following review is for my purchase of a new 2023 RAV4 Hybrid XLE in November 2023…read more After calling Zanesville Toyota to inquire about RAV4 Hybrid availability, I talked with salesperson Amanda. We briefly discussed the only RAV4 in stock in the trim level I wanted. Everything moved very quickly after the call. Amanda was straightforward and the deal was simple and easy to understand. Amanda paid attention to details of our conversations. I did not have to repeat myself or haggle about a single issue. When I told Amanda the tax on the offer was $100 too much, I got zero attitude. Amanda looked into it and the number was corrected. Amanda walked out to meet me as I pulled into the lot the morning I arrived. My appointment was at 9am on a Saturday and the whole deal was done by 10am. Amanda sat with me afterwards to make sure I got Apple CarPlay set up. She was totally focused on me and making sure I was satisfied that morning. That's a rarity these days. Overall, my experience purchasing from Zanesville Toyota was a dream. Taking time to write reviews isn't something I do often, but this review is deserved.

I want to leave a very honest review of Victory Toyota. I recently was in the market to downsize my…read moreabsolutely perfect Toyota Tundra. My new garage would not fit the truck so I saw a beautiful 4 Runner on the Victory site. I had a very aggressive price from over 6 hours away downstate. I did not want to drive that far but these new models are in high demand and some local places were months out. I spoke to Andrew via phone and explained my predicament and I was forthright with the exact numbers I had on the other deal. He could not have been more accommodating and had my deal locked down in about an hour. No games, no back and forth, just an honest deal. I immediately placed a deposit over the phone and thought wait till I get down there and find a different price. We drove 4 hours to the dealership and was met by Chad who was helping with the delivery as Andrew had other commitments. He was just as easy going and wonderful to deal with. I explained my tight time frame and they had me in the business office in no time. The business manager knew I didn't need a whole presentation of upsells and did the paperwork in no time. I will review their products and decide later if any will suit the new vehicle. Overall I have to say this was the absolute best buying experience at a Toyota dealer I have EVER had. They all were so easy going and I didn't feel like I had to secure my checkbook except for the agreed upon numbers done the day before. This is how car buying should be and Andrew/Chad and the business office were outstanding. I will certainly drive the 4 hours in the future to purchase my Toyota vehicles. (This is easily my 10th new Toyota). Well done Victory! Thank you so much!

My husband and I are long time Toyota owners, we have bought vehicles and had them serviced at C&C…read morebut when they switched to Victory the experience has been exhausting. It started when we were told the new vehicle we wanted to buy was in stock so we showed up to purchase, it was not in stock. We knew what we wanted and tried to complete paperwork and the salesman constantly tried to upsell items after we continually said no. They then told us they could get it in a few days, then it was a few weeks. Then we had to jump through hoops to get the financing completed without actually having possession of the car. Next up we had to deal with all the title issues because we are from a neighboring state. We have had to go up there repeatedly to sign documents and get temp plates since their incompetence held up the title. No sorry, not even once. I hope Toyota looks into this pathetic franchise.

I was able to get a 0700 appointment. Showed this morning and was first in line. The doors opened at 0700 as advertised and I pulled in and got out of my car. I was greeted by Jason and he asked if I had an appointment. I stated I did for 0700. He looked on the computer and couldn't find my appointment but went ahead and booked me in anyways. I was getting an oil change. I told him that and funny as it is he said I should get a transmission flush and a radiator flush that I was overdue. I just had to laugh and told him no. Funny thing was I literally just watched a YouTube video that talked about Service Writers will always try to upsell these two services because of the huge margins they make on them. I then went into their lobby to wait. They have a great lobby to wait in while you wait. In the morning they free coffee and pastries for customers who are waiting. After about an hour Jason came in and waved for me. I followed him back to his desk. I told him I had a coupon for the service, he was a little perturbed by that and lectured me about it not being presented when I came in. No big deal, finished the transaction and he told me my car was outback. I went out and got in my car. Whoever moved my car had to be a short person because I struggled to get in because they had the seat all the way up to the steering wheel. Finally got in the car and adjusted the seat and started the car. To my surprise my I look down and my "Check Engine " light is still on. My thought was I should go back in and show them but decided it wasn't worth the trouble. I'll definitely make them come out to the car next time before I leave.
