I called to ask a question as to why they would tell someone how much it would cost to repair an RV…read morewhen all they were supposed to do is see if they could get it to tow it. He got mad and was rude and ehat he said didnt line up with what the person that was supposed to buy my RV said. I was ready to tell him I appreciate him letting me know and before I could say anything he hung up on me. I dont think that is very professional. I can understand not wanting to get in the middle of it but at the same time they tow vehicles not repair them so they shouldn't give out quotes unless they have looked and tried out what is being sold. Just very unprofessional to be so rude and just hang up on someone. Would not recommend at all.

"After a breakdown a few miles from home, a short-haul tow was required. Hadyn Towing promptly…read morepicked me up, provided me with an estimated time of arrival, and the driver arrived on schedule. He made sure the destination was confirmed twice, placed the car onto the flatbed without any issues, and made sure the journey to the shop went smoothly. The driver remained careful the entire time, even though short-distance tows don't typically receive the same attention as longer jobs. The car was intact and clean when it arrived. The price was fair and in line with the dispatch quote. You can't really ask for more stress when your car has already failed you, and nothing about the experience added any."

Tony, from Tony's towing was the one that came and picked my car up. I have nothing but the nicest, and kindest things to say about him. He was extremely kind to me in a pretty tough situation. He came and found me, gave me his business card, asked me if I was OK, and then explained the whole entire process to me! He was also there Very very quickly after the wreck had happened! He very efficiently and quickly cleaned up all the debris from my car off the road! Just as quickly as he done that, he got my car loaded onto the wrecker and ready to go! If I could give this company a 10 star rating i would. For the efficiency, and how quickly they responded to the scene. How efficiently, and quickly they cleaned it up, and got my car loaded. Also for having something that not many companies or people seem to grasp, or have these days, genuine kindness, and little bit of compassion! Anyone in this area I hope you read this review and choose Tony's Towing!! Thank you again, I sincerely appreciate you and your services.

Tony came right out and had no trouble winching us back onto the road. He even made sure I made it back down my driveway safely. Very affordable!
