I bought my previous mattress online 10 years ago because I didn't want to go to a store, it was cheap, and I needed it quickly. Huge mistake and non-refundable/returnable. I could feel the springs through it on day one, and I've just dealt with it ever since by putting foam toppers on top and trying to mask the problem. Fast forward to a few months ago when I was looking at yelp reviews for mattress places around town and stumbled upon CBUS Mattress. Everyone was leaving reviews saying "do not go anywhere else in Columbus for a mattress!" and I can see why now. Ben was absolutely amazing from day one. After making an appointment online (yes, it's appointment only and totally worth it because he spends an hour with you), I received a super nice text from him letting me know that I was welcome to hit him up with any questions prior to my appointment. The day of the appointment went very smoothly, and Ben is very welcoming and personable. He asked all the right questions to figure out the right mattress for me and my boyfriend and let us try various ones out before we committed. It was truly the best "salesman" experience I've ever had. And he even delivered it and took away my old mattress for free! This plush mattress we ended up purchasing is so comfortable. The first day or two was weird, only because I was so used to sleeping on a crappy foam topper, but now I'm getting some of the best sleep I've had in years. I cannot thank Ben enough, and I would recommend CBUS Mattress to anyone looking for better sleep and a great shopping experience!
