The experience turned out well - we were able to trade in our defective stove for a new, different brand thanks to Mr. Eaton's assistance and willingness to help us out and make things right. Their names were: SUSAN, DONALD, JOHNATHAN, & JIMMY. They were extremely helpful and patient with me in the nearly hour that they were helping me, answering my numerous questions, and organizing my multiple purchases. The lady at checkout was also very quick and helpful. I didn't get her name. The customer service these individuals displayed was OUTSTANDING!!!! They should receive commendations etc. from the store manager, regional manager, and Lowes corporate. I missed the 7-day deadline to use the survey on the receipt, so I'm doing it this way.

We visited ALL of the furniture stores here, with NFL leaving the biggest impression. They offered a large variety of furniture from living room, bedroom, and dining room sets. Not only did they offer a large variety of options, but the prices were i.n.c.r.e.d.i.b.l.e! We worked with Mark, who I believe, is the Manager. He was upfront, honest, and extremely helpful. What I TRULY enjoyed about working with Mark is he was not pushy. He wasn't following us around the store saying "look at this, check this out" and trying to make a sale. He was providing information, gave us insight, and let us roam. He was there when we needed him and gave us space to breathe and explore. He was very professional and extremely helpful. Loved working with him. Moving Process: So our furniture arrived with two very respectful young men, Dominic and Devon. They set up all the furniture quickly and correctly. The only problem, which wasn't their problem, was some of our furniture was already damaged inside the packaging. Dominic got on the phone with Mark, Mark said he'd take care of it. And guess what? It's being taken care of. The process was easy, smooth, and painless. I can't say it's an inconvenience because it is being handled. Mark is pulling through and the movers were extremely helpful. I'd recommend working with these guys. If I need anything else, this is automatically the first place I am going to go to in Alamogordo. The honesty, openness and ease of communication, purchasing process, the delivery - EVERYTHING - I loved it. Only part I didn't enjoy and felt bad for (since the delivery dudes have to do a lot of back and forth) was the damaged furniture, but again - that is being taken care of. Check this place out!
