I would give it no star, but that's not an option. We've bought from Aaron's for years. Why? I'm not sure, because with good credit, we're able to buy elsewhere, and not pay twice as much. Since we had dealt with them before, we decided to buy the refrigerator, a Samsung, and have been paying on it for almost two years. One more payment, and we start having problems. Why did they sell us a Samsung? Surely, if you sell refrigerators, you know that they've had many problems, for years. My mistake, not to research, but didn't expect to be sold a refrigerator, that actually had a class action lawsuit against them. Would have been OK, with just getting it repaired, but many reviews, said that they were getting their Samsung, serviced, many times, for the same problem. We were told that we could exchange it for something comparable, but a different brand. I was OK with that, as long as it was in great shape, no dents, scratches, bad odors, just like we've kept ours. The woman , with the expressionless face, and voice, never a smile any of the times we've been in that store, was told to show us something comparable. She then, begins to show a new refrigerator, that we can buy, and continue to make payments. Yes, I want to spend 2 more years paying on a refrigerator. 4 years of payments, on a refrigerator. She kept repeating, over and over, we can get a new one, with some credit, of course, after paying for 23 months on a known, problematic refrigerator. I just really, had to leave. I don't think she understood, what she was supposed to be doing. Did she really think that we would buy a new refrigerator from there, after already, buying a new refrigerator, 1 payment left. Did she really hear herself? Maybe she would like to buy a new refrigerator every 2 years, but, we expected to buy a new refrigerator, pay for it, and have it actually last for more than 2 years. Had to walk out of there. As we walked out, she actually had the nerve to say, have a nice weekend! Really? They should get rid of that woman and hire someone who can, understand, what they are doing. Don't buy from Aaron's. Bad experience! Go to another place. I hope this will help, at least 1 person from having a horrible experience, of buying something, that cost a lot more than another place would charge, and then be treated as though you have no brain in your head. read more
