I called their office trying to get an opening to come in,with had ear infection. I could not hear well on the phone,and the receptionist was not helping me to get an appointment. After 10 minutes with this, they hung up on me. I'm sure he's a great dr, but the staff needs to know how to deal with hard of hearing, clients. Isn't that their job to know this? About every two years or so I get ear wax buildup in my ears so much that I lose some of my hearing. I used to go to the Emergency Room to get my ears flushed out but sometimes those attending me didn't know what they were doing. I decided I really need to find a permanent ENT doctor who knows what they're doing. I don't recall how I found him (I think from reading reviews, actually), but Dr. Aaron Feinstein has been a godsend. He doesn't use the typical method of saline solution to flush out the ear wax, he uses suction and drops and other things but most importantly it all works and he has cleared up my hearing every time I've seen him. The doctor, while thorough with his questions and test suggestions which is good, shows no emotion or personality. He seemed to have quite a detached demeanor. I felt like he was counting the minutes until he could leave for the day. While going through a serious problem, I'm not expecting to be gushed over, but some good bedside manner and a bit of interest in getting over this problem, would be appreciated. I saw Dr Feinstein today because I am still feeling allergy symptoms. He scoped up my nose again and discussed my deviated septum probably causing my issues. He recommended a ct scan of my sinuses and an allergist Dr to see. I was able to get both scheduled in the next couple weeks. Eager to find out what my options are. Parking was 14.00 for 1.5 hours. My first visit to Dr. Aaron Feinstein was about two years ago. He was very patient, thorough, and caring. I did not feel rushed. He had studied my hospital file prior to the appointment. The first visit alleviated the nightly ear pain that I was experiencing and considerably restored hearing in my left ear. He ordered all sorts of lab tests including audio, MRI, and CT Scan to check for any nerve damage that could have resulted from a viral infection that had paralyzed one side of my face and had affected my hearing. I had a situation where I needed a referral to an ENT. I called my primary care doctor and he referred be to Dr. Feinstein. I'm glad he did. First, I absolutely needed to be seen that day--if not, I would have had to go to an Urgent Care or an ER... not my first choice in the age of Covid. Let me break this review into two parts: first the staff and then Dr Feinstein. Staff: it's one thing to just call for an appointment in a week or so. It is quite another when you call in and need to be seen right away. The staff when I called in was professional, friendly and caring. I explained the situation, and the staff started a chart for me right away while on the phone; I was told to come in right away and they would squeeze me in. The staff when I walked into the office was the same as on the phone: professional, friendly and caring. It is much appreciated to get more than "insurance and ID, please" when you first walk into a doctor's office. So to the staff: thank you. Dr. Feinstein: the staff is a reflection of Dr. Feinstein--he also is professional, friendly and caring. Even though they squeezed me in, Dr Feinstein never rushed through my problem. He spent the time to explain was he was doing, told me expect to feel "x" so there were no surprises. Again, I never felt he rushed through my visit just so he could get to his next patient. Once my situation was under control, he took even more time to tell my a few things I should have at home in case the problem occurs again. I highly recommend Dr Feinstein and his staff. read more

I came here to get my nose checked out after suffering from breathing issues for YEARS. I was seen by Dr Feinstein and he was an absolute pleasure. He cares about his job, his patients and is so knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns I had he addressed and even though I was a nervous wreck he would always assure me of whatever procedure he was doing and explain the process to me. I suddenly was experiencing sinus problems, dizziness and ringing/pressure in my ears. The office gave me Dr. Feinstein. Two days later I called to get clarification on some instructions I was given and complained of a bad sinus headache all to no avail. After four days I finally went in to get a second opinion with another doctor there who cleaned my ears, scoped my nose and sent me home with some meds which did help. Dr. Feinstein billed me $150 for a full in-person office visit for telling me to take an aspirin on the phone, which did not help. Never has a doctor billed me for a quick phone call for something he had just treated me for in the office the day before. He did call me back and nicely explained this is their office procedure. I feel like it should have been less and I should have been told of the charge before I spoke to him. Lesson learned. read more

The BEST Doctor! I went to 4 other ENT doctors before I found Dr. Feinstein. Dr. Feinstein spent time with me to explain my problem, then he provided me HONEST options to treat my problem. Some of the other doctors seemed more interested in booking a surgery=$$$. During the procedure, Dr. Feinstein made sure I was comfortable and explained what he was doing as he worked on my nose. Dr. Feinstein is the most kind, considerate, patient doctor I have ever come across, and the best part is he will advocate on your behalf and help you get to the bottom of your symptoms to truly solve your medical issue. I saw him in 2019 for a second opinion after seeing another ENT prior who brushed me off and made me feel like my symptoms were all in my head. I was having swollen lymph nodes, ear ringing at night and pain/inflammation on one side of my neck. The original ENT made me feel like I was imaging things and refused to order imaging tests. Dr Feinstein on the other hand ordered imaging tests right away and listened to my complaints without questioning my judgment or making me feel crazy. It was such a relief to have a doctor listen without judgment and truly emphathise and do everything in his power to help me get answers. Now about 2 years later as Im dealing with a new issue (a thyroid nodule that may be cancerous) I knew I had to come back to Dr Feinstein who has ordered imaging once again and has given me guidance on next steps. Dr Feinstein isn't in my doctors network but I declined all other ENT referrals because I value Dr Feinsteins expertise so much and I didn't want to go through bad doctors again. If you are looking for a doctor who will actually take you seriously, listen to you, research and look into things on your behalf all while giving you sound advice and treatment for the problem, then this is your doctor!! Take it from someone who has been to several doctors that have written her off and misdiagnosed my malignant nodule. Dr. Feinstein is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. He is brilliant, thorough, calm, and takes all the time the patient needs to really hear the issues and then explains options so the patient understands . He gives our family wonderful care and if you are fortunate enough to have him as your physician, you will be more than satisfied with every possible aspect from booking your appointment to any treatment needed. At one point, I ended up in the ER and had my husband call him to see me in the office a few days later. Dr. Feinstein, knowing me, and all of his patients quite well, determined he should rush over to the hospital right away. He not only came there when I arrived, but again later to check on me. When I saw him I immediately calmed down and knew I would be safe since he also spoke to the ER doctor in charge of my care to assure all would go well with every injured body part not just his area of expertise. Furthermore, when my husband and I were in his office for typical issues, I mentioned something about husband which is not in the normal wheelhouse for his profession, but he took a look and immediately acted on having us received in a proper primary doctor's office for what turned out to be an emergency and an eventual trip to the ER within an hour . Listen to this... our primary care physician had no time for a visit that day or that week , but Dr. Feinstein made sure we got into a primary care doctor right away that very hour and it saved his life. Dr. Feinstein is the best ENT doctor I have ever had! He was the answer to my prayers to get some help breathing. I broke my nose at 14 and had it fixed at 18. It never looked great and it just didn't work. I still had a deviated septum and many other issues that he fixed. I didn't do a rhinoplasty although I would've liked to but it not only looks better but most of all I can breathe. After 50 years of a plugged nose that caused many issues from sleeping well, headaches, exercising and even eating being so difficult with a nose that didn't seem to work. He's so smart and extremely kind and helpful! I cannot thank him enough for helping me be able to enjoy the next part of my life feeling so much better. I had clogged ears and was having trouble hearing. My primary doctor referred me to The ENT Group, but the doctor he'd recommended wasn't available. Dr. Feinstein, however, had a spot open the next morning. First, the office is incredibly organized. I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and was taken in about 5 minutes later. How often do you get to go in early?! Dr. Feinstein fixed my issue and actually cared enough to ask if I felt my hearing was where it should be or if I felt I wanted more in-depth testing, as opposed to just ordering one without my feedback. Even with clean ear canals, my hearing wasn't 100%, so I opted to go down the hall for a full spectrum test with Dr. Truong. The results showed that I was in the normal range, except for the highest registers, which is not unusual at my age. I will continue to, along with Dr. Feinstein to monitor this, but I really feel that my issue was taken care of completely and efficiently. My experience was so positive, I plan to make another appointment with Dr. Feinstein to have him to help me with my allergies. Great office, great doctor. read more

I have inner pressure on my left ear and I requested to see a specialist from my physician. He sent me to "Dr. Feinstein." I visited him on November 13, 2018. He told me that I must have a MRI of my head, so I did. I got my MRI and sent the results to him. Then I had my follow up visitation with him on November 26, 2018 to find out why I have such pressure on my left ear! He looked at my MRI and said, "your MRI is OK!" I asked him, "so what's next?" and he said, "I don't know!" and that was it!! So, I talked to my physician again and request another specialist and he gave me a new specialist, (Dr. Cohen). I made an appointment to visit him on Jan 16, 2019. To my surprise, his office address was the same as the first Doctor. When I got there, I expected to see Dr. Cohen but "Dr. Feinstein" was there to see me! I told him I was looking for Dr. Cohen for a second opinion and he mentioned that "he is not available!". I wasn't happy and left his office with disappointment. I didn't want to write this note, but when I received a bill of $750 (Visit level 3, $150 x 2 and Visit level 5, $450), from his office, I didn't want to be silent anymore and I want you to know my story. I was supposed to pay a copayment of $75 each visit only. I called and disputed the $450 charge. He is an inadequate and Incompetent Doctor. read more
