He said contact the Fire Department and Columbia Gas Right Away and get them both out here. I would also contact an Attorney. I am so sorry that this Negligence happened to you all. I had no reason to go into the Furnace area to look because I don't know what I am looking at. I am not a HVAC Specialist so I wouldn't no. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for?
