Absolutely insane restaurant in Sydney. So surprised that I could not find it on Yelp (found it on another site), so I did the first review. Incredible drinks and such unique and awesome food. The service was over the top - Thank you Francesco!
He highly recommended the lamb carpaccio appetizer - I hesitated but trusted him. Holy crap it was awesome. In addition got the shrimp shower, cuttlefish (yea, I know) and the fattoush cracker.
Drink wise - had the "sour" drink with the apricot disk - amazing. And the smoked old fashioned - killer
This is not an inexpensive place. The small plates were between 10 and 30 bucks each, but the flavors were incredible. It is absolutely worth splurging because the quality and service was top notch.
