Highly Recommend! First off, I was delighted when I stumbled upon Cassan Wildlife and found it was locally owned and operated and dealt with the wildlife in a humane way. So I contacted Cassan Wildlife about an outdoor rodent issue and Ben (the owner and operator) was very quick to respond and schedule a day to come out (very quickly) and lay down traps. It only took a night and the problem was caught and Ben came out first thing the next morning when I called. Having had quotes from "known" companies with full "solutions", it was a breath of relief to have a real person (not on some script) to work with who was very professional and knew what to do for the actual issue at a reasonable price without wasting anyone's time with full $$$ solutions that were not necessary. After calling and getting quotes from other companies, I happened across the recommendation for Ben. Ben was very responsive and came out as soon as he was able to. Unlike the others, Ben physically got on the roof to confirm some issues and found entry points for our rodent friends that the others had missed. Not only that, but Ben's price for the trapping & sealing the roof areas was wonderful. He came out to set the traps, then came back twice to check them. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital. I am a property manager for short term rentals, and the word BEDBUG is about as bad as it gets in our industry. Our company has used a reputable, national company for years for all of our pest control (HomeTeam) and have been beyond happy with our services. Our Achilles heal however, has been bedbugs. While we do not get them often, they are something that can put a home out of commission for nearly a month (if all goes well), costing the owner, manager and guests thousands in lost revenue and ruined vacations. With the uptick in issues lately (less than one annually to several in last four months), I did some googling and came across All Star. I saw Gerald's Youtube video and was convinced it was worth a shot. I had the owner of the home coming in from Europe in five days and I needed action. Gerald answered the phone on the first try and quoted me if I needed to do the room ($550 downstairs/$650 upstairs) or for the whole home ($1 per sq ft). He was able to make it out next day. After investigating, we found the issue to be contained to a single room, and Gerald, Dennis and family began working some magic. He comes equipped with his own trailer and diesel generator that generates heat of over 150 degrees to kill all life cycles of the pest. Unlike other companies, using his own source (rather than the home's electricity) allows him to reach higher temperature, and faster results. They were out of the house within 4 hours, and we were ready for housekeeping to get it ready. I could not have been more impressed. ...then Murphy and his dumbass laws brought the same issue to a completely different home!! This one was bad...it was several rooms upstairs, and only a few days later. Again, Gerald and team were quick to come out next day and wiped out the entire upstairs in under 6 hours. Again, lifesavers. The price is way less than others...we used to pay $1700-$2200 per room and be offline for 28 days MINIMUM. If you have any issues, you MUST call Gerald. His personality alone will win you over, and will also assure you that you are using small, family run businesses. I couldn't ask for a better partner to help us going forward with these sorts of issues. While we hope to not call him in the future, we can sleep easy knowing that he is there to help.
