The only thing she quoted me was for that day. The most shocking thing she was "proud to say that the rates were from that day". It takes a lot for a customer to walk into a business. I think with all the tools and technology out there, a business would at least try to keep and service a customer. I must have picked the worst rep. I will never go back to this travel agency.

I just got back from the trip of a lifetime and everything went smoothly thanks to Cory! Planning…read moretravel while dealing with a chronic illness is a real challenge and Cory took on the hardest parts for me, allowing me to relax and be more excited for my trip than worried. I threw several curve balls to him, including needing to move the trip up by a month at the last minute, and he handled every challenge with ease. Cory found me a great hotel right across the street from Disney Land and the package came with 5 park tickets for a 4-night stay. It was the perfect amount of time for a first-timer to visit both theme parks. He also set me up with a scooter rental company which made it much easier to navigate the parks. My scooter was waiting at the hotel when I arrived and I just had to get the keys from the hotel desk. He ensured my hotel room was handicap accessible and I had room to bring the scooter inside each night to charge it. I highly recommend using Cory to plan your Disney vacation. It will be much less stressful than having to plan the trip yourself and Cory will check on you throughout the trip to ensure it is going smoothly.

I cant tell you how many times I've messed up in my business (as I am one as well). I believe that what set you apart is what you do about it. Signature Limo has gone above and beyond for my mom and my dad for my moms birthday. They didn't have to do that. They could simply move on and forward without doing anything for us but they didn't. They came, they conquered and they proved us wrong. So no, first experience is not that important. No one is perfect!
