Do I recommend this business? Heck yes I do. We purchased a 100+ year old home with 10-12 different types of locks ranging from 60-100 years old. They worked for several hours to get them all rekeyed or replaced. Especially Adam. That guy is a rockstar. Paid to fix a lock cylinder for a truck. Not a complicated computer cylinder old school. Service is terrible. The older guy is rude. Almost 40 bucks and didn't fix. If you work hard for your money don't waste it here. Bought a new cylinder for half price on Amazon.. will just have non matching keys.. If you need keys go to town and country and get treated right. Went there first but he didn't have the cylinder. I would go back for refund but after waiting 2 hours the first time The aggravation will not be worth it read more

You don't even have to take the key off of your keyring. They make fancy car keys. They sell fancy high-security locks. They sell typical door and locking mechanisms for doors in the home/office. They have batteries for your remotes. They sell key rings, and key fobs, and key tags. The prices are reasonable too. I went in last week to have two keys cut. I was greeted immediately upon entry. I got my keys cut and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. It would have taken me that long to walk to the key station at one of the Big Orange stores. Today was one of worse experiences I've ever had from a business. Although they fixed the problem getting to that point was very heartbreaking. I had a locked to my truck door set to work with my ignition key because I lost the key to the door. It worked fine when I left but it took a week to get someone to put the lock back into the truck. Once installed it didn't work we took it out and it still didn't work. So I took it back and I was accused of "bringing in a different lock" when I showed one of the guys the white stuff they put in the lock was still in it he was like ok. Then they accused me of bringing in a different key to the lock. ‍When I tell you I now know how an innocent woman feels on trial that is really innocent It was mind blowing. I am the most honest human being you will ever meet. I truly believe if you do bad or good you get that same energy back. I just wondered if I wasn't who i looked like on the outside would they have just said. Oh we are sorry we'll fix it for you no problem. It took him all but 25 maybe less minutes to fix the problem. But because they felt like I had did something that I absolutely didn't ‍I don't know anything about keys or locks or how they operate but they lost a good customer because of assumptions my feelings were hurt. And they owe me an apology Sir's I don't know who you all are or what you all do yourselves or the type of customers you get but not every person do wrong this one right here is a good one. **Ps they claimed that this has never happened before please if you read this post and has had the same issue as far as them setting a key to fit a lock and it stopped working please leave a comment.**Thank You. read more

This business saved me hundreds of dollars that the dealership would have charged me to fix my fob. It was an easy fix and he told me "No Charge". How many people/businesses today do such a thing? worst costumer service i have seen in a long time. I walked in the door and no one acknowledge me. two minutes later the man on crutches hops over and says how may I help you. I told him that I was here to have my car key programed. he said sure someone will be right with you. I sat down and needless to say another costumer walks in wanting to have his car key programed and the other guy who never stopped talking to acknowledge me when I walked in the door helped the guy who had walked in after me!!! I remained seated and just waited for my turn. when the locksmith (short bald stockey guy) did take my car into the back he returned and said that the key I have to be programed was already programed to another car. I told him that this can't be this is a new key. he said I can sell you a key for $250 I said thats ok i'll try some where else. when I got in my car the check engine light was on wtf. I then went in side and told the locksmith about it and he immediately said (it's nothing I did you can go to auto zone and they will turn it off for you) I said it wasn't on when I came in he just kept saying our equipment won't cause the ck engine light to come on. I will never return to aaa locksmith on highland avenue ever again. Stay away from this place at all cost.You have been warned!!! read more
