I locked myself out of my house one evening after it got dark and, being that I am a single woman in Memphis, a situation like that could have turned bad fast. I remembered a friend using this company and the name was easy to remember. I was hoping it was one of those 24 hr locksmiths because it was definitely after hours. A guy named Gebrile answered the phone as if he was expecting my call. He was so friendly, and kind and I really needed that kind of energy in that moment. I told him my situation and without hesitation, he dropped what he was doing (which I later found out he was hanging out with friends) and rushed to my aid. I felt bad that I had interrupted his night off with his friends, but he assured me that this was his job and its never a bad time to help someone in need. I could tell he genuinely meant it and took pride in his job. He was reliable, professional, friendly and best of all FAST. I felt like he truly cared about my situation. I will definitely be using him in the future, as well as recommending him to everyone I know! When you lock yourself out of your property it can be a very stressful and scary situation.
