I had used a previous reputable locksmith. They told me that because of the age of my security door ( late sixties), the lock could not be replaced. They said that I would need either to replace the door or have the door retooled for a new lock, both very costly projects. I contacted The Lockman and they said that they could help me. Hector arrived within an hour or so and replaced the cylinder in no time. The key now turns easily in the lock. I could not be more pleased. Hector was extremely competent, professional and polite. The Lockman did a great job for us today. I called to have six locks chg'd so that same key would fit them. They came the same day. Determined no need to chg all locks. They were older locks & just needed clean up. Consequently only one of six had to be changed. They cleaned the others & made 3 keys to fit all. Saved a little $ on the call & Gave me $10 discount because I mentioned Yelp. Now that's integrity. They could have changed all locks & charged me alot more. read more
