We had multiple doors handles at the entrances to our offices; likely attempted forced entry. I needed them replaced and upgraded quickly for obvious safety reasons. I got a quote from another locksmith company and was taken aback by the cost. I decided that I needed to check with someone else before spending THAT kind of money! One of the employees in the office had found Patrick when we needed a single interior lock installed so I pulled the invoice and called the number. The first locksmith took 3 days to come out and I had to call for my estimate. Patrick said that he could be out first thing in the morning and told me how much each door would be. I was skeptical at first because it was much less than the first quote and was such a brief process. I met him at the office (I was on time but he was early) and he has quite an impressive rolling shop in his large, red van. He was already at work. After first investigating whether he could repair what we had to save $ (!) he suggested a particular door lock and hardware for 2 of the doors, suggested a different, less expensive set for a third door and showed me that it would be adequate and more appropriate. He actually convinced me to not do anything to a 4th door which hadn't been tampered with and showed me what was different about it and why it was a good fit. That saved me even more money. He worked fast and the work was done well. At the end of the job he insisted on cleaning up and got directions to the dumpster. He is a very pleasant man. I got the impression that he enjoys doing what he does. He did a great job for much less than what a competitor quoted me, he's a pleasant fellow, he came out the very next morning and did fast work in a professional manner. That's an A+.
