You see we are moving to Tennessee and wanted to get a bid on what it would cost to paint the house inside. This was to help us in making an offer on Friday. I called my realtor at 9:30AM on Tuesday to make sure he was there to open up for Danny. Joey Miller told me he had arrived at 9PM to make sure he was not late. At 10 AM my realtor called me to say he had not seen the painter yet. I called Danny and he said he was close by and could he have the number of the Realtor. I gave him the number and felt everything was going to be okay. AT 11:30 AM I called my realtor to see how everything went and was informed that he never showed up. When approached about a deadline, he made it very clear that he would run his business how he wanted and if he chose to put someone else in front of us he could. He sent me a final bill on Dec. 24th stating he was finished and requested payment for labor and some additional items he had to purchase. We paid him in full and as of today, January 15, 2021, our job is still NOT complete. We haven't heard from him since Dec. 29th when he informed me that he would get to me when he could and he doesn't follow our demands. I have messages where I was trying to get answers about a timeline and instead of being professional, he proceeded to judge my character.
