How is it even Possible that Everyone else was without Air for 4 Full Months??? The so called Manager was just as Bad. He promised to come out on 2 different occasions and they never did! The technician, Greg, finally came After 4 Full Months and he apologized and said that he thought it had been taken care of way before now. He was very nice and he deserves a Raise and the Office People Need to be Retrained or Fired!! WORST Customer Service EVER!!!!! I would NEVER use them again and I would Definitely NEVER recommend them to Anyone;
