Hired this company to do multiple projects in my home and they were unable to install bathtub fixtures. They claimed walls were "too thick" and extensions were needed. They disposed of original fixtures and I had no working bathtub for 2 months while they claimed they were trying to get parts. Was finally told bathtub fixtures could not be installed unless I removed tile. Since the owner of this company stated he could not get the job done he agreed to issue a partial refund. No refund has been received. I hired another plumber who had no problem installing bathtub fixtures. Edit: I offered multiple times to buy new fixtures but was told that would not resolve the issue and as of 7/27/26 still have not received the partial refund. read more

This is by far the best experience I have gad with a company in a long time. I put the request in for plumbing services, within minutes he returned my call. Came out the same day and finished the job within an hour. I had been calling all week looking for a plumber. Everyone was busy. But 1st call and he was there. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue. Gave me great tips on how to maintain my system and where to buy products. The total Came to $450 to replace water valves that had been leaking for over 2 weeks. Can't thank Michael enough for answering my call and actually showing up. Excellent job!!! read more
