I finally spoke to one guy who requested I take pictures of my backyard to send to him which I did. And then I never heard back again. He never called me back which is odd. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or unorganized but it should not take multiple calls over and over to get someone to come out. Jose and his team dug up and removed all of the dead and damaged shrubs and bushes and then cleaned the flower beds and planted new azaleas, hostas, pencil shrubs and other plants. They then mulched all of the beds and cleaned the area. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence.
