When we contacted the office today to discuss this we dealt with an extremely rude person who answered the phone who kept saying "well she is grown and she paid what she paid". When we asked to speak to either a manager or the owner the person who answered the phone continued to talk over us. The person on the phone continued to try to start an argument and accused us of cussing at him which absolutely DID NOT HAPPEN. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Your guess is as good as anyone as to what they charge, anywhere from reasonable to ridiculus.

He took his time and helped me take care of all the differently keyed locks, and now I only have 1 key for the whole house (I previously had 6 different keys)! I assumed the cost of his visit would be a little steep, but he was very reasonably priced and I plan on getting him back out for a couple other things.
