I didn't have any of my keys to my Audi. I had my car towed to the business. The experience was great. So many other people were charging almost double the amount. I highly recommend. I truly appreciate an honest business. This place is exceptional. I highly recommend them and I recommend you check their Google reviews as well. I called on a Sat during the COVID-19 situation in need of a Toyota Highlander key fob replacement. The dealership wouldn't help me and if they could it would've cost me $400 plus time off of work. I found Techno Lock Keys on Google with over a thousand reviews. When I checked YELP there were only 7. They were able to provide a actual Toyota key fob, program it and cut the key for over $100 less than the dealership. It took less than 15 minutes and I didn't have to take off of work. Do not use this company the guy that came out was a real loser, we are a corporate company and we have to go through an invoicing process to pay for services however, the guy who did the work changed our locks on the front and back door and left me without keys because he was impatient with payment from our corporate office. So he left my place of business without me being able to lock up the office. I was furious. If you hadn't gotten paid why even change the locks. Of course he had a heavy accent which cause a language barrier as well, I think he was Iranian or something, however he was rude and obnoxious and there is no room in any professional business for that kind of behavior. We have 19 offices in the Memphis area and this company will never be used again for anything....... we paid him shortly after he left and he had to come bring the key. A plus. Bought my teenage daughter a car that only came with one key. I work during the week and get off late most days so I needed to get the spare key on Saturday . I googled locksmiths and called a few that wanted to charge a service charge just to come out in addition to the cost to make the key. no store front service only mobile service. I was about to call it a day and call the dealership on Monday however when I googled again I found Technolock.. I called and the gentleman said they closed in fifteen minutes but since I was close by he was willing to wait for me to arrive. What Outstanding customer service. Locksmith came out quickly but charged $70 for a 9 A.M. lockout, when advertised prices online are much lower. Make sure you ask for the price beforehand since there are many other locksmith companies in Memphis with lower prices. read more
