Natalia & her husband went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable about leaving my little baby with them. I knew from the beginning that the owners are extremely knowledgeable and are genuine dog lovers. Not only do they board dogs (properly) but they also have obedient training, doggy day care, grooming, etc. I recommend this business to true dog lovers that don't like leaving their dogs just anywhere when you go on trips. Please take into consideration most reviews are with the old owners before late 2017 I believe - The new owner's are phenomenal and I'm eased knowing my boy is safe and having a ball, free running outside on their property. Lando didn't see Natalya since last December when he was 6 months old and he remembered her instantly upon pickup at the gate. I was relieved since he can be weary of "strangers". I was pretty scatterbrained dropping him off to go on our vacation and appreciated Natalya reiterating his food and medicine schedule and making sure I brought everything he needed. We will continue to use them as our boy is bright eyed and bushy tailed when we drop him off and pick him up. read more

AAA Pet Resort - Frenchie after his stay at AAA - Pet Boarding Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

Off to a bad start. Before making a reservation for my dog to be boarded, I called to make an appointment for a tour. A tour was scheduled for two days later, with a date and a specific time. When I got there I was told that no appointment had been made for me, and nobody could give me a tour. I was not very impressed with this place, and if they are that disorganized, I am glad that I hadn't made an appointment for boarding. read more

I've had my GSD on a few overnight stays as well as a week and a half boarding and have been pleased with everything. The owner Natalia is quick to respond to any texts or calls. She kept us up to date while we were out of town without or beloved dog. Very pleased with the entire experience thus far. read more

My Dog Oreo loves going to AAA pet resort. He is always so excited to go and comes home happy. On his extended stays he gets a bath and comes home smelling great, so soft and fluffy!!! Everyone at AAA is so nice and friendly. read more

We are very pleased with the care our dog received while boarding for 4 nights. We were able to see pictures of her during her stay which eased our minds. We knew she was having a great time there. The owners are very friendly and answered the phone every time we called. We wIll definitely use their services again in the future for boarding but might even send her back to daycare just for fun. Not sure what the previous reviewers are taking about. Lynda was great, the resort was wonderful, and I was able to keep tabs on my girls everyday via the multiple videos posted to YouTube. They loved the freedom of not being cooped up in a cage most of the day, and I loved not having to pay extra for additional 15 minute increments of play time like at most boarding places. In response to Lori's review, did you bother to do your due diligence prior to boarding your dogs? Did you not realize there was a lake for the dogs to play in and get dirty? Apparently, it's more important that your dog be clean and kept in a cage the entire time, than enjoy their time running around with all their friends. As for the fleas and kennel cough (bordetella), do you not have flea control for your dog, or ensure your dog was vaccinated for bordetella? I find it hard to believe your dog contracted bordetella, given you cannot board your dog without the shot record, let alone how he would could contract a virus he was vaccinated for. read more

This Place is awesome. My dog is well taken care of and can't wait for me to say "puppy camp!". She loves being there and is loved so much. The freedom is wonderful for her as is the interaction with other dogs. Yes your dog is going to be dirty when you pick them up ( mine is usually soaking wet) - but who wouldn't love to run on acres of land and swim in the pond! She even helps to feed the fish in the morning! Hands down - the best place to bring my dog! Not to mention the daily videos! Lynda, Candy and staff do a great job !!!! read more

AAA Pet Resort - She does this for 2 days when she comes home! - Pet Boarding Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

My chihuahua was attacked and killed while boarding at AAA Pet Resort. Lynda called me and said she found my chihuahua sleeping motionless by his bed in the morning, deny knowing anything about the attack, deny any responsibility, claiming no sign of trauma and no blood, denying cleaning up my dog before giving him back to me. Then she claimed Zippy's fur was wet because some other dog lick him, it's saliva and she demand a saliva test. Are you kidding me??? Within 15 minutes of lying my dog at the vet's table, blood was oozing out from his nose, mouth, and wounds. There are 2 big puncture wound on each side of his legs, so deep that it punctured his flank and intestines. His back ribs were broken in 5 places and lung punctured. Lynda also claimed she tried to do a CPR. If that is the case, blood will spill all over. Their policy is all small dogs sleep inside and all big dogs sleep outside. Lynda claimed Zippy was found inside sleeping by his bed. I asked then which dog is sleeping inside with Zippy which is against their policy. Lynda refused to answer. She screamed and yelled at me about accusing her of covering up, lying, and gross negligence. If you care about the well being of your dog, do not use AAA Pet Resort. The first time I took my 2 dogs there, the only negative thing was Lynda. Two years later was a horrible experience. I picked my dogs up and they smelled like they had been living in a garbage dump for the 10 days I was gone. When we got home and gave them baths, the wounds were visible. I had to take one dog to the vet immediately because of the cuts and tears all over the underside of her. I called Lynda from the vet asking her why she didn't let me know my dogs were injured while I was away or when I came to pick them up. She stated that they were just little scratches from climbing the chain link fence to follow her to get the mail and she would give me a discount the next time I used AAA. When my dog was seen by the vet he said the wounds could have been caused by a sharp chain link fence. He had to put 7 stitches in 1 cut! How could no one have noticed this??? When I emailed Lynda the pictures of the wounds, she said my dogs were no longer welcome there. I wasn't going to use her services, but it just made me more angry that she said that. Terrible! My dog wasn't current on a few of his shots (he had rabies shot but not the others); Lynda emailed me and said they would administer them for 40$ as I couldn't get an appointment with a vet that quickly and we were traveling from Canada with our dog and wanted to spend one night at Disney with our kids. Well we picked him up and they didn't give him any shots. They never returned our rabies certificate either. The guy who have our dog back at the gate didn't even know how much we owed and we paid thinking he got his shots well he didn't! And he stunk and they don't let you see anything on the property. The YouTube video was posted after he left and we wondered the whole time if he was ok! I emailed wanting to see the videos while we were away and no response! They are so disorganized and guess what!? Lynda called after we already had our dog to say OMG he doesn't have his shots and can't come back until he is up to date! What!?!?! She was going to administer them! What a joke they are. Never again!!! Go somewhere else!!! read more

Definitely a great place to board your dog. My dog loves it, and they treat her as their own. They have a huge area outside where they let the dogs run and play. Disregard people's bad comments from years ago, they're directed towards previous owner. The new owners are great people, and they love animals!!! read more

I wish I would have read the other reviews before sending my dog. Very scary and shady that no one is allowed inside. My flight was delayed and I called one of the employees one hour prior to pick up to tell them my flight was delayed. The workers agree to stay a few minutes longer. Within 3 minutes the owner called me back and started screaming at me. Would not let me talk or say a word. On top of that she accused me of being late other times. I tried to explain that I wasn't the original owner and this was my first time using her. Her customer service skills are so far below an acceptable standard of any place I have ever used. Really, this had to be the worst experience and first time a business owner has screamed at me. I was at a loss for words and stunned at how abusive and disrespectful she spoke to me. No need for her to tell me never to come back. I would have to rate this as one of the worst experiences ever! read more

My family and I are going out of town for a few days! I wanted a safe place for my 4 dogs while we were gone ! I received coupons in the mail from this place and looked it up online ! It looked great and was close to home ! I called the number on the advertisement I had ! No on picked up and then there was the voice mail which said it was a cellar device! So I hung up thinking it was the wrong number! A different number called me immediately so I answered it ! The lady said "this number just called me and let the phone ring and ring and ring"... She sounded like I woke her up at 5 pm in the day and was very rude ! So I apologized and said I was trying to get ahold of AAA Pet Resort! She said yes this is it! I was puzzled but went on saying I just had a few questions ! She asked what I needed in a very rude matter!!! I replied never mind and hung up! Didn't even meet this lady but was not impressed with her business or her attitude towards customers ! I only could imagine what she does to the poor animals that gets left there with her! DO NOT take your dogs to this "resort" We have been going here for a while on our dogs recent visit she came home with bite marks in her face and neck. When we called Lynda to ask what happened and why we were never called we were given excuses and told it was our dogs fault with no explanation. I measure how well a kennel operation is run by the happiness of the dogs. I am an independent contractor who has helped Lynda maintain her operation many times. I have personally witnessed, on numerous occasions, how happy all of the dogs in her care always are. Lynda not only has vast experience in all aspects of caring for dogs, but she has been professionally trained as a dog handler too. Lynda's primary asset is not her vast knowledge and experience, but her genuine caring and love for dogs. I can only say incredible, eveytime I see how simply she defuses problems before they flare up. If my Saddie was still alive, I would definately use Lynda's services. I highly recommend AAA Pet Resort to dog owners who enjoy seeing their dog jump in a lake, or run at full pace, playing with other dogs. I am almost certain that dogs get far more exercise with Lynda than they do at home. Lynda is a true professional and very good at what she does. Therefore, I give a definite thumbs up to AAA Pet Resort. PS Lynda expects everyone to call whenever they arrive even if they have an appointment. People that have waited and left, disgruntled did not call Lynda to let her know they arrived. Wish I could give zero stars! I saw one of my dogs on a video she sends laying in a corner in the dirt not running or playing with the other dogs the whole time and she just looked different. I called Lynda to ask if she was okay and she stated that "she is just getting old and tired." Um I think not, she was only 5, still very playful, and fine before I left her 3 days prior? I asked if I could pick her and my other dog up early because she appeared sick to me, she wouldn't let me, stated it was "after hours" at only 5:30 pm at her home!!! You don't make an exception for a sick dog? The next day I picked them up she looked sick and was limping, my other dog had red marks all over her neck where her leash was as if she were tied up or pulled around. I took my 5 year old to the vet where she had to be put on an iv drip and we had to watch her leg. Well her leg was never the same, three years later and I can't even take her on walks anymore or she can't walk for a few days! She has a partially torn CCL. I asked around and heard other terrible stories about this place! I feel terrible for leaving my dogs there. I would never consider going to this kennel again and would not recommend it to anyone! read more
