Natalia & her husband went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable about leaving my little baby with them. I knew from the beginning that the owners are extremely knowledgeable and are genuine dog lovers. Not only do they board dogs (properly) but they also have obedient training, doggy day care, grooming, etc. I recommend this business to true dog lovers that don't like leaving their dogs just anywhere when you go on trips. Lastly they have a large property, where the dogs will run and play. 10/10 recommended. Thanks again Natalia me and blue can't wait to see soon!!

Please take into consideration most reviews are with the old owners before late 2017 I believe - The new owner's are phenomenal and I'm eased knowing my boy is safe and having a ball, free running outside on their property. Lando didn't see Natalya since last December when he was 6 months old and he remembered her instantly upon pickup at the gate. I was relieved since he can be weary of "strangers". I was pretty scatterbrained dropping him off to go on our vacation and appreciated Natalya reiterating his food and medicine schedule and making sure I brought everything he needed. We will continue to use them as our boy is bright eyed and bushy tailed when we drop him off and pick him up.

She does this for 2 days when she comes home!

She seems to heavily over exaggerated issues and keeps making up reason why I need to rush my cat to the ER, or wants me to drop of my cat for a 4 hours of very expensive pointless tests. I ended up talking to a different receptionist and had a very different experience that was more rational and down to earth. I made a normal appointment and there were no issues with my cat. The same receptionist also randomly called me dirty to my face because I had dirt and mud on my pants from work. I was picking up my cat after being groomed, by their very professional groomer, randomly at some point the receptionist looks at me and goes "uhg Dirty" with a disgusted look, I was speechless. She's the older blonde woman with glasses. 3/30/2026 at roughly 12:10pm is when I picked up my cat after being groomed.

They showed zero empathy during a major natural disaster. The Good: They were open after hours when Anna Maria Island had no other emergency options. They ignored the reality of mandatory curfews and island travel bans. They lacked basic compassion for a client recovering from a flooded home. The Verdict: Do not use them if you have other choices. Our bulldog is still like a puppy and our frenchie is a senior cranky old man who requires medication and a cautious hand. We appreciated the report card she sent and the photos and videos. Unprofessional Bait-and-Switch - Beware - Everything you DON'T WANT in a pet sitter…read more I contacted Caroline at Ohh My Dog for in-home overnight care for my two senior, anxious dogs for a 12-day trip. She provided a full detailed quote for 12 nights of in-home pet sitting ($1,760) and encouraged me to pay a $20 fee for a meet-and-greet to "ensure the dates are set". As soon as I PAID the fee, the service she "offered" completely changed. Despite being explicitly told my dogs cannot board elsewhere due to anxiety issues, she pivoted and repeatedly pressured me to have them stay in her home. She then claimed she "only accepts one pet sitting client (in your home) a month" and eventually stated she doesn't do in-home sits longer than 7 days (despite quoting me for a 12-day in-home stay just days earlier)--crucial information she conveniently left out until after she had taken my money. Trying to schedule the paid "meet-and-greet" was a series of unprofessional excuses: * First Cancellation (Substitution): Caroline deferred the first meeting to her walker, Grace. I paid the fee to meet the person who would be staying in our home. Meeting a walker who Caroline herself admitted "can't help with walks or anything during the week" does not fulfill the professional requirement for a 12 night in-home sitter meet-and-greet. * Second Cancellation (The Yogurt): Caroline canceled our second in-person meeting the morning of, claiming food poisoning from yogurt that had been expired for two months. Yep--Yogurt. * The Reality: Then she asked me to bring the dogs to HER house for the meet-and-greet and AGAIN suggesting for the 12 night stay with my dogs be moved to her house, continuing to ignoring the need for my dogs to remain in their own environment. * The Virtual Dog Meet and Greet Inconsistency: She then tried to force a "virtual" meet-and-greet because she didn't want to make the 50-minute drive. I explained this is useless for in-home care, as a sitter cannot assess a home's layout, security, or a dog's specific behavioral needs through a screen. When I pointed out that I paid the fee with the understanding that she sitter would be visiting our home to evaluate the environment for the 12-night stay. Now it was also obvious that she could not fulfill the service I originally requested and paid to discuss, she refused to refund the fee and "terminated" our service, claiming the meeting with her walker counted as a finished job. This business will quote you for the service you want just to take your deposit, then provide only what is convenient for them. Extremely unprofessional, misleading and quite honestly LAZY (I won't get into "The Yogurt")...

Both of my dogs have been sick for the past six days after staying there, so I called simply to ask if there had been any recent cases of kennel cough or respiratory illness and to make them aware of what was going on. I was told they hadn't had any cases within the past year, which is completely fine. I explained that I still wanted to let them know that both of my dogs are currently sick in case they wanted to document it or be aware that there may now be a case. Instead of showing any concern, the response I received felt extremely dismissive, and there was laughing on the phone while I was trying to explain the situation. I wasn't calling to accuse PetSuites of causing anything. I was simply a concerned pet owner trying to get information and make them aware that two dogs who recently stayed at their facility are now sick. The way Madeline and Jasmine handled the conversation made me feel like my concerns were being laughed at rather than taken seriously. I genuinely love this facility, which makes this interaction even more disappointing. I would expect much more professionalism, kindness, and concern when a customer calls worried about the health of their pets. **in response to your reply: I appreciate the response, but if reports like mine aren't even being documented, I'm not sure how you can accurately say no dogs have been sick in the past year. No questions were asked when I called, so I know my dogs' illness wasn't recorded. I really think staff should be trained to take these calls more seriously and document them. Thanks.
