Since I didn't bring one I thought we were in between a rock and a hard place however we were able to rent a moving van using just a debit card . They were so nice to us and walked us through the whole process. I think we paid 50.00 if that and soon enough we were moved into our new home and returned the truck before they closed . I definitely recommend this location and you may even see them dancing when you come back to return your rental !

The guy they call Moe, was extremely helpful and very kind. But he failed to tell us ahead of time that we didn't need the wiring before going through with the sale. When we tried to fix it, after 15 minutes, we gave up. I'm a little irritated that we had to keep the wiring and could not get our $15 or so back. If we weren't leaving yesterday afternoon it's the trailer, we would have stayed that much longer. So now we have $15 wiring that we might be able to get $5 back in re-selling it. Not only did we double check with the pictures online, we took our own pictures of the trailer. It worked for what we needed it for. We've never used U-HAUL before; but next time, we will remember not to get the extra wiring kit. And other than that, everyone was really nice and professional.

Judy, their office manager, is the most unprofessional state farm representative I've ever dealt with. I met with Judy on 6/4 about a claim and cancelling my insurance. She let me know that she would refund May's payment and cancel all further transactions on my account so I wouldn't have to pay anything any further. When I walked out of her office, I was under the impression that it was taken care of. Fast forward to June 10th, state farm takes ANOTHER payment out of my account. I call their office and they FINALLY cancel my auto pay and ensure that it wont happen again, and they will refund that amount to me as well. I've called every week since then, even twice a week. Fast forward to today - July 2nd. I call corporate office, they don't have any clue what is going on because nothing has been taken care of or documented. I go in the state farm office, meet with someone else, and have to break down everything to her because THERE ARE NO NOTES IN THE SYSTEM FROM THEIR OFFICE MANAGER. It was entered as a suspension (cant suspend a car unless it is totaled or a few other things that MY CAR IS NOT) -- this agent takes care of my issue after I spent 40 minutes going over everything with her. She says the system is finally correct (a month later) and explained what Judy had done/neglected to do. I scheduled a meeting while I was there for the next day with Stewart Perry & Judy at 9am. Just got a call from Judy, now that I am back at work, saying that she cant make it to the meeting I scheduled for tomorrow. I asked her what is going on, when am I going to get my refund that was owed to me 4 WEEKS AGO - her answer is "No Clue." With no effort to do anything to fix it. I have had NOTHING but issues with this office since March of this year. She blamed this issue on an agent who was not even working there when it happened!!! She was very rude, had a horrible attitude, and kept raising her voice and talking over me. I'm 100% sure that is now how you treat your CUSTOMERS. Especially when you owe your customer money. I will never give this office my business, and I will STRONGLY encourage everyone to go somewhere else or to another agent before you deal with these issues. I've been a state farm customer since I was 16 years old and have never had a single issue until I started with this office at the end of 2018. Still waiting on my money. Probably still will be when you're reading this! BEWARE!!!! Don't chance it. Go somewhere else.
