On 12/22/24 I was traveling from Somerset, KY to State College, PA for Christmas. Outside of Armagh, PA we had a tire blow out. We called AAA at 4:00 PM and requested that they send someone to change it. It was 15 degrees, I'm 73 and that's what I pay AAA for. Even though their Agent Danielle tried repeatedly, no one responded. We were finally told after repeated calls that no one would be coming and it was now our problem. By now it's 8:00 PM, dark and even colder. Luckily we found someone locally who came out and changed the tire within 20 minutes. I will be canceling my membership forever. Update: I was told by the last AAA agent I talked with to submit a request for reimbursement for the $50 I spent to get the tire changed. I did that and now AAA is denying it due to the fact the receipt I was given doesn't meet their requirements. Come on, quit jacking me around.

I called AAA and they arrived in no time at all. Apparently, the tire valve had broken off so my spare was put on. I learned that the fellow has had numerous of the same calls. I believe in second chances, so I rescheduled. She confirmed she would definitely be there this time. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, she was a no-show again. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend her as she proved to be unreliable and disrespectful of other people's time.
