I am a Hilton Grand Vacation (HGV) Club member and this time around for vacation I wanted to try a company my buddy recommended for going out of the country, All Inclusive Outlet. I will tell you that my whole experience with them was amazing. Actually, a better experience than when I book with HGV. The main reason the experience was fantastic was due to Laney. I called initially to confirm so items and she provided some great insight into how to make my stay even better. Then after the experience, she called to follow up as I had an issue that I experienced and she called to understand the whole problem and to give feedback and do some research. I never expected my feedback to the resort would make it back to her. But she took the information and ran with it. Thank you for all your assistance before AND after our vacation. You truly are blessed to have her on your team. read more

Booked a trip June 2026 the price was cheaper than who we usually use which is Cheap Caribbean. Had no real issues. Would recommend and use again. read more

Extremely disappointed, do not recommend All Inclusive Outlet or Travel Impressions their supplier. We booked a trip to Iberostar Playa Mita using All Inclusive Outlets/ Travel Impressions-which we have used many times, we are repeat customers. All advertising on their websites said the resort we were staying at last month was a 4.5-5 star hotel and when we got to the resort it was clearly not a luxury resort- it was a 2.5 star resort being generous with the scores. We have been to many all inclusive resorts in Mexico- Le Blanc, Hard Rock, Palace Resorts, Secrets and have never had concerns like this before. The resort it's self was falling apart, tiles were broken and cut my daughter's knee in the kids pool, crabs in our hotel room and bathrooms and also not very clean, our hotel room was 2 doors next to an open construction zone (could hear power drills, hammers, there was a ton of dust all between the hours of 8 am- 5 pm never stopping) they also had no barrier up to block off that area from guests and the dust which was everywhere it was an active construction zone. All the floors near the ocean view rooms have construction on every floor so moving rooms or trying to change anything while we were there wasn't an option, Will note the hotel staff offered to move us, however we paid for an ocean front view and every floor with an ocean view had the same construction situation and noise- They offered us spa as well, the spa had cat poop outside the spa, and was not in good conditions. What we wanted was what we paid for- a 4.5-5 star hotel and the dining options that was described on All Inclusive website. We had to go out to other hotels daily for lunch meals and spent over $800 just on lunches additional to the cost of what we spent with Iberostar, to keep both our son safe from his food allergies and also to have some sort of variety to enjoy our vacation. The outside of resort facing the ocean looked super run down, chipping paint and online the photos it looks beautiful- it's probably photos from 10 plus years ago. False advertising, the dining options for every meal besides dinner is all buffet and even for dinner, all appetizers are buffet. So do not go if you are expecting a menu sit down meal. Piles of dirt left in hallways for days, dirty cups, cat or animal poop in hallways to stairs. We are used to paying a similar price for a resort like this and having options for lunch (besides buffet they had pre made hot dogs and hamburgers on a warmer outside wrapped in foil- how is that 4.5-5 star??) Not to mention we have a son with anaphylactic allergies so the way it as described online as having one buffet option and 4 restaurants we felt comfortable with as we were going to avoid buffet because of cross contamination- that was not an option as everything was buffet but dinner and even that there was an element of buffet. They were allowing tour buses filled with hundreds of guests to arrive daily so it's super filled, lines for breakfast so we had to wake up by 7 am unless we wanted to wait long lines to eat and higher risk of cross contamination for our son with food allergies. Both Travel Impressions and All Inclusive Outlet falsely advertised this hotel as being a 4.5-5 star hotel and was priced as such , and would never use them again, they have terrible customer service and do not trust them to book travel again, they have done nothing besides send an email to Iberostar regarding this trip and copy and pasted what they said back to them. I would make sure you book directly with the resort and not use these non credible websites, they even gave me contact information to reach out to the incorrect hotel group ownership about my concerns, they really are not knowledgeable and would not recommend anyone using them for your vacation travel. read more

For those who are coming here simply to see if All Inclusive Outlet is a scam, the answer is no. My wife and I booked a 5-day trip to Cancun with them in Feb 2020. I was nervous to pay for it, just in case it was all fake and I was paying a scammer. To my incredible relief, we ACTUALLY got two round trip tickets from SFO-CUN, and when we arrived at the resort they ACTUALLY had our names on the list and hotel staff were gracefully waiting for us. The whole trip was amazing, we had a great time, and didn't spend a dime over what we paid to All Inclusive Outlet. The price we paid per night for the room was far cheaper than what I found direct on the resort's website, so clearly they have some broker discount, which made it a good deal for us. I think most people who come on here to complain and rate it a 1-star are mostly upset about the customer service (quickness of responses, handling issues live, issuing refunds, etc.) But if you're mostly just curious whether its legit, the answer is yes. If you don't anticipate needing to change your itinerary last minute or whatever, you wont have issues with All Inclusive Outlet. Overall, we had a great vacation at an all-inclusive resort (Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya), got exactly what we paid for, and paid far less than we would have if we booked flights and rooms separately. I'm usually not a Yelp reviewer, but when I tried to verify if this place was legit, all I found were people who were mad about a different subject entirely. So after my trip, I figured I'd try to be a voice of reason and let people know the deals you're seeing on All Inclusive Outlet are for real. Remember, this is not a white glove travel service to solve all your problems while you're in a foreign country, its literally just a website for booking cheap travel. Enjoy your trip. read more

I don't know how to make a negative star but I'm telling you if you can't find somebody else to work with you're hosed. This business is about a half a clown short of a circus. My dive group is planning a trip to Mexico and we were trying to accommodate a late added person to the trip so all we needed was to change from one king bed to a room with two beds. It took agent A. (Name withheld) at least 2 to 3 days to answer the first question and only to reveal that a rollout bed was the option. It took 2 to 3 more days to get her to actually look up what the bed situation was by looking at the hotel website and then three or four more days for her to, actually call down to the hotel to reveal that. Yes they have that option but she didn't even work on making the change to two beds. I know this is rhetorical, but what is exactly the point of hiring a travel agency if they can't actually run down what kind of beds are in which rooms and how to get it booked or get it changed? Obviously Agent "A" Is working from home, pretending to be a travel agent for a pretend travel company pretending to actually help travelers book an enjoyable trip. So basically what happens is if you work with this company you're not saving any aggravation than doing the whole thing on your own. It took the better part of three weeks to get this resolved and still we don't know if it actually is resolved until we go on our trip to Mexico. So in the end, please consider all inclusive travel, and their Confederacy of dunces working from home in their jammies sucking you into a game of hotel roulette. To all my veteran friends out there you all had "that" person in your unit this entire agency is "that" person. read more

Website and company CLEARLY advertise "our price will not be beat", yet a legitimate price match to their competitor, Cheap Caribbean, was not matched. I ensured to call and work with one of their agents, who submitted the necessary documentation to have their price match dept accept. However, I was informed they wouldn't match the $200 price difference for an all inclusive vacation package. I guess that's considered false advertising? It would've been my first time using their company and was willing to switch from a big competitor. I guess that didn't matter. BEWARE! read more

They don't answer the phones, take days to respond to emails, and respond with, we are looking into it. Finally called Travel Impressions with whom we had full trip insurance after waiting the 14-business days that All-Inclusive told us we would have our monies back, to find out, a claim was never processed. We filed a claim with Travel Impressions two-days ago, and again, when you log in for status? It says no status available. Stay away from this Agency!! read more

This is by far the WORST company ever. I'm currently trapped in Mexico, attempting to get home because the hotel is dumping raw sewage into the water. I have been attempting to get home for days but my travel agent Allison Yeaman is too concerned with helping other unsuspecting guest book trips though them. If someone from the god awful company could call me back I would appreciate it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! It only a matter of time before someone doesn't make it home safely. Update- 7-19-21 Thank you for your timely response via Yelp (trying to save face is a smart business move) but I would appreciate a call/email. read more

All Inclusive Outlet is fine as long as you don't have to cancel or reach anyone directly... which in itself is horrible. Customers who spend nearly 2 grand on services should at minimum be granted the opportunity to speak to a live representative. I booked a trip to Punta Cana, but my boyfriend's passport was expired, so I had to cancel. We paid the additional "cancellation for no reason" fee, so I assumed it would be easy to get a refund. NOOOO! It is a FULL-TIME job trying to get in contact with these fucking people. I was waiting 23 minutes for an operator before hanging up. TWENTY THREE FUCKING minutes? Are.you.fucking.kidding.me? **************TIP- If you have a cancellation policy, IT NEEDS TO BE HONORED. Stop making people run around in circles just to cancel. read more

This review is for AIO, Anna Cropper and Stephen Bennett. These individuals are liars and frauds. Not only did these individuals lie to my family and I about their cancellation and change policies, when we asked for their help in resolving booking errors the team offered zero support. Suddenly everything we booked was 100% nonrefundable and nothing was able to be changed. This completely contradicts what Stephen communicated when booking... And even documented in writing!!! I have asked several times for them to email me where it says our booking is non-refundable... And I am still waiting for a response. When it became clear that Steven would offer zero support... Our case was elevated to Anna who is equally unhelpful. I called Anna daily over the course of the week and received no response after waiting on hold for her for over 30 minutes to talk. Needless to say I never received a call back despite asking for her to do so. Our party also asked for her assistance in changing our reservation with the hotel... Anna continued to lie to my family and I by saying that no changes could be made and there was 100% cancellation fee. She then proceeded to promise that she would talk to the hotel and see what she could arrange. After several emails with Anna, stating she was still waiting to hear from the hotel, we decided to take matters into our own hand and contact the hotel. The hotel not only confirmed that Anna never contacted them, they also confirmed that changes could be made to the cancellation but Anna would have to be the one to initiate the conversation.... Which, as expected, she never did. Our family is still pleading with her for help. I am hoping that someone else from AIO reads this review and actually supports us with customer service. So far this is an awful unscrupulous business that clearly does not care about repeat business or customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. read more

This review solely on the service I received from Laney, at allinclusiveoutlet.com. Due to a mistake I made with my original booking with allinclusiveoutlet.com, I had to call them for assistance. The representative I spoke with was Laney. To get right to the point. I have travelled all over the world, including the Caribbean many times. I have dealt with other similar travel booking firms, cruise lines, hotel chains, etc. I want to let all know that I have NEVER received such friendly, professional and caring service as I had with Laney @ allinclusiveoutlet.com. She went out of way to ensure that MY mistake in my original booking was corrected. Laney even explained to me different options, maps of the resort, and how my mistake would be corrected by allinclusiveoutlet.com. To allinclusiveoutlet.com management, Laney is a RARITY in the business world. If I was in your position, I would ensure that you compliment, reward and send accolades to her asap. I have found in my career, that employees, like Laney, are few and far between. Pleas pass on my sincere gratitude to her for taking the time with me ENSURING that my error would be taken care of. I sincerly appreciate her assistance and will make it known to the thousands of Federal law enforcement agents that I work with to utilize allinclusiveoutlet.com for their travel needs. I was told that we would be refunded our $102 I waited a few weeks and still no refund and when I asked through Email because it's impossible to get through to them by calling, I was told it takes 4 weeks for a refund. Still no refund and asked again and was told 6 weeks for a refund. STILL NO REFUND !! it j in s now ) weeks later and now I am being told that refunds take 60+ days !!! I would not do business with AllInclusive again. They can process your payment in seconds but when returning money get told that they are "overwhelmed " with refunds and can't do anything about it. I was so excited to go to Playa del Carmen for the first time with my two girlfriends. Unfortunately I was unable to go, but they went and had a fabulous time booking with All Inclusive Resorts. I had purchased full trip refund insurance and called All Inclusive several times, never able to get through to a live operator. I then sent emails and messages through my account portal and was quickly answered, saying my refund would be processed, but it could take up to 60 days. After 30 days I sent another message and asked if they could please escalate my refund. Kelly was very helpful and got my refund to me the next day. I would definitely book with All Inclusive Resorts again! read more

UPDATE: Feeling rather frustrated that I had just been taken, I decided to make the hour drive there and find out what was going on in person. After finally locating the physical address (which was just a door and a doorbell with a sticker in the window) I rang the doorbell and someone came down the stairs. I explained the situation to her and told her I was quite upset with the fact I had not received any communications whatsoever.. She went back upstairs and was able to print off the details of the trip for me. I was told there was an Email glitch when I placed my reservation, which is why I never received any detailed information. I have also called American Airlines to verify my bookings, and they are there. so maybe I wasn't scammed after all, but I will agree that they are very lacking in the customer service department. Customers that have paid thousands of dollars should at least be able to speak to someone, which was my main frustration and the reason I was thinking I was scammed. I will see how my trip goes, and report back accordingly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Really beginning to feel ripped off. I have booked a vacation through All Inclusive Outlet, after they were recommended by a friend. I have paid my vacation in full (over $2700.00) and haven't heard a thing other than the automated "thank you for your purchase" email. -This was almost a month ago. I have had ZERO communication since purchase I had a few questions about the trip and documents, so I tried to call them. - sat on hold for OVER an hour, no answer. I have now tried calling SEVERAL times, only to be placed on hold by the automated phone system.. I have also tried Emailing them at Booking-help@allinclusiveoutlet.com - as the wonderful hold music instructs you to do, and have gotten ZERO REPLIES. I am currently on hold right now, 24 minutes in... yep. feeling pretty screwed. Luckily I live in Kentucky, and Georgetown is not that far of a drive. Might go visit in person.. Their website also states "When your vacation has been paid in full and you are within 180 days of travel, you will receive an email from our supplier, Travel Impressions, with your travel documents attached." I have never been contacted by "Travel Impressions". I have 56 days until departure - STILL NO COMMUNICATION I have heard nothing. Nada. Zero. Zilch. Feeling quite scammed. read more

We were thrilled to find the resort of our dreams at a stellar price. However, after booking and paying, All Inclusive Outlet informed us they couldn't offer that resort, but offered a couple resorts for a substantial upgrade fee, yet they were nothing stellar. We gave them plenty of options that were in the same booking category (pricing and amenities) as our original booking and they refused to accommodate us. They told us our only option was to invoke our travel insurance to get our money back, then informed us it would be 60-90 days before we will see the refund. We are extremely dissatisfied with all inclusive outlet. read more

The first time we try All Inclusive Outlet, and extremely disappointed at the slow service. I called and left a message over the weekend, because it was closed on the weekend. DO NOT book travel with this agency!! below is a copy of an email I wrote to a manager after the airline changed my flights .... I appreciate you returning my message however the delay in rescheduling these flights is excessive. Recall that we spoke after I was incorrectly told that I would be penalized 200$ per plane ticket and you clarified that the money was being "held" for later use. I reached out to M. Monday am (4 days ago) and it is after 7 pm Thursday and I still have not spoken to an actual person or been offered any other flight options. 8+ phone calls with hold times over 15 min each have never resulted in a person answering or searching for other flights. I have left 3 voicemails with the booking extension on the 1800 number. This is terrible customer service. I do not have any faith that these flights will be fixed. How could a customer ever get in touch with a staff person if they needed assistance while traveling? This is a very easy fix, and has consumed far too much time already. read more

This nightmare starts before covid the communication was something that lacked something to be desired. But once Covid hit the communication got worse. The travel agency take no accountability for the covid test information dates of eligibility and dates that were misleading. Jamaica stated 10 days or less and the email from all inclusive stated 9 days or less. Needless to say that caused panic and me and my fiance had to retake the tests and spend more money to get the test done. I told All Inclusive about it and they were very unhelpful. I booked a vacation with this company to Riu Santa Fe in Cabo, and paid for it in full. Their site stated that kids would stay for free with 2 paying adults. However, I was charged a full price for the child. When I realized this, and tried to get in touch with them at the phone number listed, no answer after trying multiple times on multiple days. On 6/21/2021, I left a voicemail and an email per the instructions on the automated system. I did receive an email right away stating that they have received my inquiry, and due to the high level of call volume, it will take up to a week to get back to me. It is now 6/29/2021 which is over a week, and I have not received any calls! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! I have not had to deal with any company whose customer service is this poor Covid time or not. For anyone who is looking to book with this company, just try calling them on the number listed on the site, and see for yourself if they will pick up. If they don't pick up, look for another company to book your vacation with. The process of booking and going on a vacation should not be stressful, and now I'm stressed as to if this company is even legit especially since I've paid for the vacation in full! read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! someone suggested this company to me and I booked a trip and right after realized that I had booked for the wrong date. I tried to call to fix it and i was on hold for 3 hours and no one answered the call. Then I emailed and the agent said they can't help at this time because my booking is too far out. That is completely ridiculous as a customer you are telling me i am not your priority with that statement. As a customer i care solely about my trip and my money not the customer traveling sooner. I then called the hotel directly to extend my trip to find out that the hotel is adults only and i am traveling with a child. The website did not state it was adults only and now i need to completely change or cancel my trip. I am on hold again with customer service and cannot get anyone for the last 1.5 hours and i called directly when they opened. This is riduculous as I don't know if we will have somewhere to stay for our trip. I will never book here again and will tell everyone not to book here. the worse part is the business owner who is commenting on everyones bad review stating they are low staffed...do something about that then. Customers don't care about that. This makes the experience terrible. Your business needs a lesson in customer service 101.
