Our home was built in 1895, so I was nervous about the repainting process. I shouldn't have been. In short, this is an exceptional house painting company. As a local company, they are invested in customer care. Every stage of the process was thoughtful, from the conversations during the estimate visit, through the painting process where the painters clearly took deep pride in their work (with good reason!), through the clean up. The painters were careful and detailed in their work, and left us with solid advice for next steps for our home. The paint itself has held up perfectly through the past 18 months, despite the hefty weather extremes. I can't recommend them more strongly.

Arteen is an owner-operator who takes pride in his work, and the quality shows. We've had many paint jobs done in different homes over the years, and his attention to detail really stood out. He was careful to keep everything clean before and after painting. For example, he removed every light switch, outlet, and fixture, cleaned them, and carefully put everything back. We were impressed enough with his attention to detail that we also asked him to take care of some additional home improvement work that wasn't related to painting. He was flexible about working around other vendors who were in the home at the same time, and he communicated clearly throughout the project. We always knew when he would be there, what he planned to accomplish, and what had been completed. He is also a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely recommend Arteen and will certainly call him again for future projects.

We also needed someone to paint the entire house, including the eaves, wood windows, trim, and exterior doors. As the project progressed, we also added on removing a window, re-siding the back of our house (a long wall without stucco), installing a new back door, and replacing our old garage door with a brand new one. Through all these changes, Daniel and sons rolled with the punches and delivered an absolutely gorgeous end product. They even consulted on paint colors, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. As a bonus, Daniel and his sons are just the nicest people you'll meet (and you will meet ALL four sons). I'm originally from the Midwest, and they reminded me of everyone I know from back home - friendly, honest, and always up for a chat. They stopped by the house every day to check on progress, and I feel like I really got to know them. A++ communication. Don't hesitate to call these guys! I know they sound too good to be true, but I promise, I'm a paying customer. They were just great to work with.

I should have written this review a few years ago. Keith Painting painted the exterior of my house…read morein late summer of 2020, during the height of the Covid era. They did extensive prep work before commencing to actually paint the house. The prep is key. Anyone can paint a house, but getting the surface prepared so the paint job will look good and last a long time is most important. I have a particularly difficult retaining wall in my front yard holding up my front lawn, and the wall is covered with stucco. Water seeps through the stucco and over time breaks it down. If the surface is prepared properly, the stucco can last for years before this happens; if it's not properly prepared, all it takes is one rainy season. These guys did a great job both on my house exterior and stucco-covered wall. They look great and have lasted a long time. It was a breeze working with Daniel to get the project set up, and telling him my concerns about the retaining wall. He assured me that he "got it" and that the wall would perform like it was supposed to, and boy did they come through. They also bid the job $1K lower than the other company I had bid the job (who I should add is also a company I have had do painting before, and who I trust to do great work.) I will definitely use Keith Painting next time I have a painting project, and I have already sent referrals their way.

Fredy and his crew spent nine days at our house sanding, patching holes, caulking throughout, repairing water-damaged areas, taping, papering, painting, and repainting! The amount of preparation and attention to detail was remarkable. The crew is dedicated and caring! They also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They tried different stains on our wood shingles until we found a look we loved. After they painted our door, we realized we didn't like the type of paint we had selected. They redid it to our liking, no questions asked. Even on the last day, they were touching up spots all around the house to make sure everything looked right.
