After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. I completely recommend both these companies for any waterproofing projects you may find that you need.

For my kitchen roof they installed new shingles, replaced the gutters and installed a metal cap on the fascia board. They also patched a bathroom window above the kitchen roof. For my garage his team replaced and waterproofed the roof and rebuilt part of the side wall. There was always a project manager onsite overseeing the work and Mohammed stopped by often to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. In addition, I received a detailed (39 pages) report that included the contract, a copy of their license and insurance, references and photos with descriptions of the work being done. Last year they had me pay an additional $1800.00 stating if I do this additional work , for sure the landing will no longer leak. Without coming to evaluate they stated its the drain not the roof. They kept making excuse, finally after threats, they came and tar around the drain and fixed the landing. The leak had destroyed the plywood around the drain & the apartment is taken in water. I three way the plumber with Alex Stewart and he informed of above. Alex told me he would reach out to his father and get back to me with a plan. I never heard back from him and now it's May. He has not answered calls, text, or emails. So much for the Five year warentee. I have had two other professional roofing company up to evaluate and they have confirmed above. In addition they commented on how they did the entire roof wrong & insist I am going to have more problems. I have reported them to the BBB & soon the NYC licensing and plan to take all kinds of legal action. I have a big headache, complaints from my tenants, leaks and property damage! ! Don't use them!

Work was performed clean. The workers were very nice and the system is still going strong and haven't had any issues 8 YEARS LATER. Pump probably runs every time it rains heavy now which only makes me smile. One time investment and a lifetime of peace of mind.
