I appreciated the time taken to right-size a furnace and an air conditioner I purchased from Fritch. I keep an annual contract on all my home HVAC equipment. You might think that it would be expensive, but the contract is the cost of an annual maintenance service call. For that, I get annual maintenance, no cost parts on repairs, and priority service.
