I first used their services on a cold Sunday morning last year and Cody was the tech that came to our rescue. He got our furnace up and running in a short time and the labor cost for an overtime call wasn't bad. He informed me that our furnace was in pretty bad shape and that we should probably plan on replacing it soon. We just had his crew out to install a new furnace. This unit is quiet and very efficient. He even saw to it that his crew explained to us how everything works and that everything was to our satisfaction. He gave me a final price and even had to go to the warehouse and back to retrieve the parts. He fixed the problem, patiently waited with me to make sure the problem was fully fixed, and even showed me where to go on Ameren to get discounts on certain things should I need them in the future. Very friendly and professional and got the problem fixed for a very good cost! My issue was in trying to book him. I had done some research and found the problem I was experiencing was likely due to my thermostat. So I messaged them asking if if they were able to fix thermostats and left them my number to text me. I got a text saying that it would need to be replaced, not fixed. I said that was fine and proceeded to ask them to come out. I told them I was available everyday after 3:15 as I am a teacher and can't leave class early to get home and let them in. They said They were open from 2:00 to 5:00 and couldn't promise they wouldn't come at 2:00. This baffled me. I told them I couldn't come home early. Wouldn't you just send your worker to take a long lunch or run errands for the company if you had to wait like that? Seemed very odd and made it feel like whoever was in charge of booking appointments didn't care about my schedule.

Every time one of their men show up they…read morealways complain about how the last guy set up the heat pump, there's no consistency on how to set up the heat pump. All the time the technician doesn't even know how to operate the thermostat!! It's too high tech for them but the product came from them which makes it even more hilarious!!! I called to set up an appointment to have Freon added to my air conditioner I let the gal know I hadn't had them out in four years and she booked me a month out then she called and canceled because other people needed Freon even though I was running low myself on freon. I was cool about it and excepted the second appointment, that was probably my biggest mistake she claim the technician had to come at 7:30 AM because I would be the first appointment of the day on that morning when the technician couldn't find his way to my house they sent him to another appointment and screwed me over completely!! Do business with this company at your own risk as they are completely disorganized and very unprofessional!!
